First visit misunderstanding quickly remedied Made a 8am appointment n dropped off the car at night. This was for a recall replacement and 10k mile oil change. When I called a little after 9 to check if it's ready, they didnt realize I wanted to pick it up so soon n were finishing some jobs from the previous day, Adam quickly went n told the technician, apologized for the misunderstanding and made my car next. It was ready after about an hour. I will be more clear or inquire more before my next appointment. The price was good for the job and pickup was pleasant, quick n easy. More

Excellent experience I visited to get my 2017 Tiguan serviced, but thought I’d check out Jettas while there since my fiancé has been looking for a new car.
