I trust the service department Our family came into the possession of a 2005 Jetta for our daughter a couple of years ago. We are also Costco members. After awhile the brake light c Our family came into the possession of a 2005 Jetta for our daughter a couple of years ago. We are also Costco members. After awhile the brake light came on for this 128,000 mile car. We used the Costco service referral program which led us to this dealer, and the discount was attractive to us vs. the local independent shops quotes. When they looked into the problem it turned out that the brake sensor mount was broken and we didn't need a full brake job. We would never have known the difference, but they did the right thing. I don't know how else you can build trust with a service center. More

Everything was fine I requested an appointment to fix my flat tire and learned there was a drop-in service for emergencies. It was suggested that I replace all 4. They had a more expensive tire in stock, but I requested they order a more reasonably priced set. I came in the next day for the service. I was asked if I wanted the suggested tire alignment for an additional $140. I declined. Everything was fine but I ended up spending far more than I would’ve liked. More
Maintenance review Upon arriving, a new person told me the maintenance inspection would take 1-2 hours. 8 hours later I picked up my car. I expected 4-5 hours. When I inquired they said they had to send out for a certain part. Makes sense, but a phone call letting me know would have prepared me for the long wait. More
