Friendly and helpful On 05/09/19 I had a scheduled routine maintenance and oil change appointment. A service tech found my engine battery was not charging properly, so a On 05/09/19 I had a scheduled routine maintenance and oil change appointment. A service tech found my engine battery was not charging properly, so a new battery was installed, while my vehicle was still under warranty. Service Advisor, Timothy Annis contacted me on 07/05/19 to let me know that my new battery had not adapted correctly , so I scheduled a same day appointment to have my battery re-adapted. Service Advisor, Timothy Annis also had the headlight adjusting screw caps replaced, as he noticed a Federal recall had just been posted. All this was completed with a quick in and out same day appointment. I really appreciate the fine service of the tech and advisor at O'meara VW. More

Customer service first. I want to commend 'Ziggy' Zweigle for his above and beyond customer service. Let me explain, he went to pick us up at our condo, (he genuinely do not I want to commend 'Ziggy' Zweigle for his above and beyond customer service. Let me explain, he went to pick us up at our condo, (he genuinely do not do that) and we had a mutual trust in each other. He was down to earth that made us comfortable in our decision. I dealt with dealers before, and they talk for you, not with you. Ziggy has a job to do in selling auto, it is sometimes percieved as a dishonest way to make money. But my wife and I knew what the interests were. I reccomend Ziggy as your dealer rep. More

Excellent service, as always! I’ve taken my 2015 Passat to O’Meara VW for every oil change I need. Every single time the guys that work in the service center are awesome. It’s like I’ve taken my 2015 Passat to O’Meara VW for every oil change I need. Every single time the guys that work in the service center are awesome. It’s like going in to a place your friend works, except I don’t know any of them. They always take time to answer questions and work hard to make sure they take care of any/everything I need without trying to “sell” me things I don’t.
