Horrible and overcharged I could not have had worse experience. They had me bring my car in at 8 a.m. by 4:30 in the afternoon I finally got a phone call in regards to what wa I could not have had worse experience. They had me bring my car in at 8 a.m. by 4:30 in the afternoon I finally got a phone call in regards to what was wrong with my car. I had already planned on leaving it there overnight but needed to pick it up by 9. They'd informed me at 4:30 but they couldn't guarantee you'll be ready by 9 am. So ask them what time they finally got my car in after I dropped it off at 8 a.m. they told me 12:30. What's the purpose of having an appointment if there's really no timeframe. They almost would left me without a car for another day when I asked him specifically when I made the appointment. I was not offered a rental car only a shuttle to get home which still left me without a car going to work and coming home from work as well. Plus the charge that they charged me was absolutely ridiculous and not sufficient it all for the work done. I was way over charged. Unless it's something to do with any recalls I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on More

The battery was a few month old, a heavy duty model that draine because interior lights were left on overnight. Why do lights not turn off when ignitio is turned off? This also applies to the headlights. A feature that is standard pn most cars. More

Difficult to work with This dealership is not easy to deal with. They will argue with you and not tell you the full story in efforts to get extra money. I will say the service advisor became very helpful and professional once their rep told them to cover repairs under the warranty as they should be. Multiple bad experiences that have required VWoA to step in. Refusing to utilize warranties and asking customers to pay out of pocket. Went back as I heard of a new service manager so gave them another shot. Mistake again and the last time. The VW technical advice said to replace a few large parts and they ran a manual regeneration of my DPF (VW said to replace the DPF, this is written on my invoice) and gave me the car back. My wife picked up the car and I had some questions for the service advisor except he refused to talk to us after we involved VWoA. It’s been nearly a week and the car is suffering from horrible MPG and same symptoms as when we brought in the first time. The car is a TDI and after their repair I have been getting 12-13 mpg.. seems legit when I used to get 20+.. Oh well, lesson learned. Done with this place. More

Great Job! Went in for an oil change. Adam made me aware of some recall items, set me up with a loaner and got me out the door in 10 minutes. All services were p Went in for an oil change. Returned the loaner, paid for the oil change and was back out in 10 minutes! Great job as usual. Thanks More
Really poor diagnostics Took my 2010 GTI to get diagnosed for multiple misfire after two days of diagnostics call the service department to get an update spoke to Tommy or T Took my 2010 GTI to get diagnosed for multiple misfire after two days of diagnostics call the service department to get an update spoke to Tommy or Tom he said he was only one working there and that he would give me an update and this was like around 10 didn’t hear back from them so I called around 250 and spoke with Tommy again he said he was busy didn’t have a chance that he’ll give me a call in 10 minutes for a Update this was on a Saturday never heard back from him call Monday morning and spoke to Dave trying to get an update for the car he said he would give me a call back Which he did and told me that my car I needed a crank case vent valve and a rear oxygen sensor and I said OK if that is going to fix my problem you can go ahead and fix it but he said we are not certain that’s the issue but It Needs it we are talking $900 and still not sure if that’s the issue, So I just told him I was gonna pick up my car he said the car wasn’t ready that he would give me a call 24 hours past and still No call so I went down to pick up my car he still trying to convince me to get the work done there so I just paid for my diagnostic fee park my car took off the boost tap for the boost gauge because I have been reading that that can cause an air leak so five minutes of me removing the boost app the rpm fluctuation goes away And no more multiple misfire and that’s why am certain that There was a bad diagnostic More

I had my Tiguan there in ten minutes and within ninety minutes I was out! Tim was all about servicing his client! I’ve brought my car in several times since moving into the area, very happy so far. My one small complaint is that this time, as usual, they had my car washed. Nice touch of customer service however when I got home I noticed white water stains all over the trim. Being a black car it took me a while to clean it off. Admittedly I’m rather picky and detail the car myself. No hard feelings, from now on I will ask my car not get washed. More
