We chose a car on line and confirmed our interest and made an appointment to come purchase it for cash. When we arrived we liked the car and found out that the price had gone up by $2000 since we had se made an appointment to come purchase it for cash. When we arrived we liked the car and found out that the price had gone up by $2000 since we had seen the advertisement the same morning. Seemed very shady. We haggled and got the price back to what was quoted before, luckily I had an email from a salesperson stating the price. Ben thought we had cash, the dealer would not give us any breaks. Once the deal was done it took hours to get the car ready. We arrived at 1045 and did not get to leave until 430, even though we only looked at one car and did not finance it. People were friendly but very slow. We do like our car and I think we got an ok deal. More

Worst Car buying experience I’ve had. Finance person was rude and disrespectful and basically told us we were buying a car with problems and should buy his warranty. Called us “Crazy”. Se Finance person was rude and disrespectful and basically told us we were buying a car with problems and should buy his warranty. Called us “Crazy”. Several minor issues with the car within a day of driving off the lot and they would not help resolve and would not call me back when I left messages to discuss. I have bought many used cars over the years that dealerships have been helpful when something came up within days of purchase. Not here. More

I’m so disappointed with this dealership we contact them on a 2023 vehicle that my 24 yr. daughter bought they treated us so nice and once we left the dealer ship they avoid reached us back her car has a br on a 2023 vehicle that my 24 yr. daughter bought they treated us so nice and once we left the dealer ship they avoid reached us back her car has a broken part we have been 3times to get this issue resolve and they are not helping us this is so frustrated i contact Mr. Larry Diaz and have not heard back from him i leave 45 minutes away and he promised us he will come get the vehicle to get it fix have not heard back from him I hope I’m not the only one with this issue. More
