Can I rate 0 stars? I called the dealership after owning my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under warranty, they proceeded to charge me almost $200 for a “diagnostic fee” and informed me that my car was indeed NOT covered under warranty after they assured me it would be. Oh, and it would be an additional $800 to repair. I would have never brought it there in the first place!! I will NEVER be doing business with Ford again. More

Unbelievably bad customer service!!! Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle told me they won't get it in for 3 to 5 business days. I had to call on the 7th day to find out they were finally working on it. I was without my truck for 10 days, for a 1/2 day repair. They don't give a flying "F" about you! Their incompetence in scheduling is due to a lack of consideration for you. I'm 66 and this is by far the worst service I've experienced. More

I showed up the morning of the appointment and was told it would be 7-12 DAYS until they could look at it. xxx are you kidding me. With a 2 week notice no one could have called to say they are backed up and just wait until I show up. I will never give Omera Ford another penny of my money ever More
Very Pushy, ignorant , selfish. Went to check breaks for my car, while waiting i was sitting in the waiting area in the showroom. Went to ask something about one of the car and boom. Pushing me from table to table making paper sign. When i m explaing that i m just checking. I m not at all happy how they treat me. One of the manager couldn't keep his eyes on my face. All the interaction his eyes were on my cliveage checking my breast. Even after mentioning many times that i feel rushed, my heart was pacing. I don't like to make hasty desicions, have very little time because i have to go to work. They kept pushing and pushing. They never once even prefer to say take a day to think over it. I saw them two or three people pushing a woman. Felt so helpless and pushed and nervous to get away i had to make a deal which i would never do. Next day i make a desicion of telling them that i don't want this car but too bad, they can't take car back within 24hours back coz i have a credit score over 800. As they imply having a great score means trouble. The car is now banks and they can't do anything. Went to ask help from higher management but they are in same boat. I made a mistake. Never came across to any place this unprofessional, pushy, ignorants to customer, selfish for their profits, no understanding. Last resort they offer is to step down of what i was even driving before this new car. More
