After looking into your situation with your advisor, he had asked you to bring the vehicle in with items removed that would have obstructed the repair process and you declined. I had an ashtray (cup with cig butts in it because cars no longer have trays)and ashes on my dash was not offered a place to throw away my ashtray or anything to wipe the dash which I asked for. Service rep was very rude about it.In the future you should notify someone if they need to prep their car for service before they make time to bring their car in.Also im sure you have a vaccuum and a trash can on premisis.Had very little to do with covid 19 as implied by your statement seems to have more to do with it being a recall job than a paying job.Items you elude to where cigarette butts never in my life have I been told by a rep that I needed to go "clean my disgusting car at a car wash" when dropping off a vehicle or told one of my customers any such thing really bad customer service.
