Poor communication. They sat on my vehicle for 2 days without touching it and not saying anything to me. Since they’re not supplying a loaner or anything they seem to think they can just sit on my vehicle for days and days. Additionally, the service writer charged me to have a warranty item looked at. I found the error after the fact and they had to cancel the charge and re-run a new one. The service writer should always be aware of what’s warranty and what’s not. Seems like the dealer is trying to soak the customers. Overall, poor presentation by this dealership. There was another service writer that was giggling with someone (assuming a manager) in an office about a complaint from a customer. Does not give confidence about the professionalism and abilities of this dealer group. More

Our truck broke down near this dealership and was towed there with the expectation that we would be treated fairly as we are not from the area. The total charges were double what our warranty covered for t there with the expectation that we would be treated fairly as we are not from the area. The total charges were double what our warranty covered for the part that needed to be replaced. The labor and diagnostics, triple what we would have been charged at our local Ford dealership. When the dealership initially contacted us regarding the diagnosis, it was obvious that they had not looked at the vehicle and we were given a random diagnosis that was far from what the actual problem was. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the service and the cost. More
