Can I rate 0 stars? I called the dealership after owning my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under warranty, they proceeded to charge me almost $200 for a “diagnostic fee” and informed me that my car was indeed NOT covered under warranty after they assured me it would be. Oh, and it would be an additional $800 to repair. I would have never brought it there in the first place!! I will NEVER be doing business with Ford again. More

Unbelievably bad customer service!!! Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle Thought I would give them a try, Brighton Ford couldn't get me in until 9/30 and OMeara on the morning of the 25th. Called late on the 26th, Nicolle told me they won't get it in for 3 to 5 business days. I had to call on the 7th day to find out they were finally working on it. I was without my truck for 10 days, for a 1/2 day repair. They don't give a flying "F" about you! Their incompetence in scheduling is due to a lack of consideration for you. I'm 66 and this is by far the worst service I've experienced. More
