We Rockys Auto, after about a year of driving the van, we had a serious problem with the transmission and thought we were going to be out THOUSANDS. We took the car in and were told that our car was covered under recall and we didnt pay a dime! We thank Mark and everyone at o'meara for treating us so well and helping us to tap into the resources we needed to get the car fixed with minimal cost to us! They really blew me away with the service and the respect they showed us from day one. More

Took my car to the collision center after I was rear ended. The end result was terrible. Had to leave my car for another day and the work that I paid for out of my pocket looked like something Maaco d ended. The end result was terrible. Had to leave my car for another day and the work that I paid for out of my pocket looked like something Maaco did. Nice. Would it have been different had I paid 35k for the car instead of 20k? I wonder if the GM would let one of his friends drive away in the car I was expected to drive away in. Doubtful. More
Do not use this dealership... My situation is somewhat long winded but end of day all that matters is the customer service. At no time was I treated politely or respectfully. They had a downright disdain long winded but end of day all that matters is the customer service. At no time was I treated politely or respectfully. They had a downright disdain for my presence and it showed on their faces, and this is before I said a word. Please show them customer service matters and choose another dealership for your auto related needs. More

I had heard that o'meara ford was not the best place to go for Ford service, but they were close and it was warranty work. Now I understand what they were talking about. I took my pristine 2010 Mustang to go for Ford service, but they were close and it was warranty work. Now I understand what they were talking about. I took my pristine 2010 Mustang to have an evap sensor repaired anda bowed out airbag cover. First off, it took them 2 days to do the work. Then when I picked up the car, I was blocked in as one of the service reps spoke at length with the car blocking me in. He had just handed me my keys, so I am sure he knew I was sitting there in 90 degree heat. Obviously he just didn't care - not a big deal, but it shows there is no "customer service" - just money taking. Since I was waiting, I inspected the warranty work on the air bag cover. It was clearly new, but way bowed out. Far worse than what I brought in. His comment: "that's how it is. We can't fix it again, deal with Ford". I get my car home and the next day I see a small oil spot on the floor. I had my beater truck in there (2 days without my Mustang), so I just think it is my beater leaking a little. 3 days later, on the weekend, I take the car to get the oil changed (I won't use o'meara because their lube shop is just way too expensive). The guy at the lube shop comes over and says there is a leaking seal in my engine and takes me down under it (true customer service). Well, that explains the oil spot. I immediatley am on the phone to talk to o'meara. I get put on hold for 20 minutes. I hang up, call back. I'm told everyone is busy and if I leave my number someone will call me in a bit. 1 and a half hours later, still no call. I drive down to the dealership and there is literally one customer there and 4-5 service people standing around. I guess my call is not important (or maybe they knew why I was calling?). I spoke with a service represntative who told me I could leave my car and they would look at on Monday (it's Saturday). I ask him how the seal could be leaking after a set of realatively simple repairs. He looks at me like a deer in headlights (I'm thinking they knew). I'm gone. Goodbye o'meara. Oh and by the way, I'm spending about $15k on performance upgrades on this car - money you surely won't get. Next new car - more money you will not get. What will you get - me on every ranking website telling my stories. More

When they quoted me 45 min, they called us back over to service 1 1/2 hrs later. They then suggested over $870 worth of "necessary" repairs to the vehicle. They showed us (my roommate and myself) a small plastic tray where they showed us 'drops' of oil from our car and compared them to the color tables next to it. They included the front and rear axle oils, transmission oils, and some others. They suggested in particular a full transmission flush. I said no way, and that the transmission had been COMPLETELY rebuilt less than a month ago. I asked to show me the fluid from my car. The clerk then said that most likely the transmission had not been filled with the correct fluid and that was what caused it to be so dirty and in need of repair. Again, I said that was not the case (the person who rebuilt my transmission was a 17-yr veteran Ford technician who had started his own business - for sure he could have chosen the right fluid....). Again, I asked to see the fluid from my car's transmission, and then he told me that he couldn't do the because the unit was 'sealed' (THEN HOW DID THEY GET IT THE FIRST TIME?). He went back to the back and then said something along the lines of 'Oh, I guess the technician suggested it based on the mileage.' - That was a lot of junk. They also 'strongly suggested' that I flush out my axle oils - they showed me the color of the oils on the little tray he brought out. I am fairly knowlegeable about cars, and from what I understand pulling oil out of an axle is stupid and difficult - which made me further believe that their 'oil comparison' table was probably pulled out of some vat in the back. They wanted to replace the brakes, engine oil filter, axle fluids, power steering fluids, and other things. I went in for a $30 oil change that was supposed to be 45 minutes, and left angry 1 1/2 hrs later with a proposal of another $870 in 'strongly necessary repairs.' I wouldn't go back if they paid ME.
