BAD! Left 4 voice messages for Tony Piazza, no call back. Brought my car in Monday at 8 AM for a recall. Wednesday afternoon I never heard a word from anybody over there at Omera so I called them. I got upset and told them I need it back today. Funny, now at 4:30 I get a call to say my car is ready to be picked up on Wednesday. I made my appt. at least 3 weeks in advance, why do you think it’s fine for you to take so much of my time to complete a job? My time is just as valuable as your time. Would you accept this kind of poor service, I don’t think so. How are you going to compinsate my for my inconvenience? I’ll wait on a response from you. Also, when I asked to talk with a manager, they finally found Tony. I told them I didn’t want to him but that is who I got. Maybe a class in listening to customer would be a start for improvement. Horrible Took my car in for a recall on the airbag. Picked it up Friday night the steering wheel was put back incorrectly so we left it to be fixed. No solution to my problem I spent 2000$ and a week without my car and they fixed 0/2 problems I brought the car in for originally. It was very difficult to get service folks to call me back even after leaving multiple messages on their phone. The only silver lining is that they did get me a rental vehicle at no cost for the last couple days, and they are going to take another look at my car at no cost either. It seems like they are trying to do their best to make up for bad service, but the whole process has been frustrating. More
