Long wait and poor communication and follow through I set up an appointment online a week prior to bringing my car in. Received several notices about what I requested with the service request (oil change, tire change, and to perform a recall out for my car) I arrived 5 mins before my appointments and told the receptionist I was here for my appointment. She, off the bat, asked me if I had made an appointment at all and I told her I had , a week prior. She was able to find the appointment after looking. She said "oh okay just an oil change?" And I told her "and a recall and tire rotation" and she replied "it doesn't say that here so I don't know if we can do that today. Our techs leave at 4:30" and I told her about the emails I received showing the request. She told me she "would see what she would do." I pulled my car into the bay as she requested and she told me they could do the recall. She asked if I would be leaving or waiting and I told her I would wait. She told me she would call me or find me to let me know when my car was ready. Almost two and a half hours later, I hadn't gotten a call, text or seen anyone from the service team come around the corner. I was waiting in the show room by the gazebo. So I wandered over to that area to see if I could see my car. The same woman sees me and hollers "oh your car is done. It's been done. I tried to call but got a busy signal. You can pay around the corner and get you car" Annoyed that she didn't text or walk around the corner to tell me, I went to the cashier. She was funny and kind. She asked if I had gotten my keys back yet and I told her I had not. She used a walkie talkie to ask somebody to grab my car and bring it around. She told me I could grab my car at the south end. So I went and waited there. After about 5 minutes of waiting one of the service guys grabbed my paperwork nodded and walked off. After 5 more minutes, I then saw him and another service guy having a smoke break but still no sight of my car even though I was the only one there waiting. So I went inside and asked a different lady at the front desk if my car was being brought around. She assured me it was being brought around but the lady I had worked with for most of the day interjected that "no they weren't getting my car right now. One of the guys was working on parking a car for her. Then they'd get to me." At this point, I was pretty frustrated as I was the only one there, the main lady I worked with knew I had been been there since 2:05 p.m., there were guys standing around on their smoke break and no one seemed to have any rush to grab me my car. I didn't get my car until 4:30 p.m. Overall, it was a really poor experience. Mainly, it was my interaction with the one employee. I didn't catch her name but I believe it was Heather. Her desk was in the middle of the service floor. I am also in customer service and she didn't seem to care about what I requested, my experience with o'meara, and definitely didn't care about my time. I chose O'Meara to perform the recall and oil change because my father used to work at the dealership and it is the closest Ford Dealer to me . I've been in the hunt to find a default Ford Dealer for maintenance for my car. This experience ensured I'll never come back to O'meara for anything. More

So the left back driver tire is now on the front driver tire....same side. And same with the passenger side. The only reason why I know this...is because we literally just had the 2 back tires replaced and the pressure on the back left tire was higher than the other 3 tires. I would never have known this was done if the tire pressure was different. More

Awesome as always! I used to own a 2009 Escape and would bring it to O'Meara but sold that several years ago, recently purchased a 2013 Edge so will be seeing the boys a I used to own a 2009 Escape and would bring it to O'Meara but sold that several years ago, recently purchased a 2013 Edge so will be seeing the boys at O'Meara more often again. Here is the thing, I live in Aurora, there are many dealerships much closer to my home....so why do I trek up to Northglenn?? That is easy, because O'Meara is the best! I've never had a bad experience there. Staff is awesome and professional, the service I receive is top notch, the place is warm and welcoming, I never mind having to wait for my vehicle here because it feels like home. So keep doing what you are doing! More
