Bad customer Service My car spent 4 days in the service center picked up on the 5th . I never received phone calls or any updates . My advisor was either off or called in each of those 4 days . Meanwhile I was paying for a car rental for 4 days that my warranty didn’t cover due to no one running diagnostics until the 4th day . I paid a total of 250 for a rental car . And $330 for me to be told it was a battery problem . I had to call at the end of business day everyday to basically track someone down that could give me info on my car . I don’t understand how my car sat there for 4 days until diagnostics were ran ??? And there’s no one to give you answers . One sales manager called me back to tell me “I thought someone called you about this “ um no my advisor I’ve never seen or heard from again until I was sent a survey lol . Very disappointed!! I shared this concern with the cashier , she was very apologetic and said a manager would be calling me . That was two weeks ago , so I take it the service department doesn’t like calling people including the managers . Will have to make the extra drive and go to Brighton Ford I guess. More

Awful service dept Took my car in for sensor issues, service advisor was Heather. After vehicle had been in a for few days I called for an update, nothing to report but Took my car in for sensor issues, service advisor was Heather. After vehicle had been in a for few days I called for an update, nothing to report but trying to duplicate error (Tuesday). Thursday I receive a message the error was duplicated and they’re working on it. I never hear another word. I left messages and spoke to someone the following Tuesday informing me my car was ready. Ok then... A couple weeks later, here came the same issue! On top of that my formerly working remote start no longer works. So I speak to Mark and bring my car BACK in. After two more weeks of having my vehicle for the second time I’m told ”great news” they fixed one of two problems! The remote start they broke to begin with was now good. Woooo hoooo! So I still have sensor issues, paid for an extended warranty and will not be buying another Ford after all this. By the way I have a 2017 Platinum Ford Explorer.... More

First negative experience in 10 years I live in Denver, but continue to bring my car here because they always do a great job. Unfortunately, this time was different. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and didn’t hear from anybody until the following Friday, even though I called multiple times to get an update. The services I paid for weren’t completed properly and the lack of communication was really frustrating. I would still recommend this place, but I hope that my review can serve as a learning tool for employees. More

Very poor experience- will not return Our entire experience was very frustrating with O’Meara. When we arrived to drop off the car (after previously explaining over the phone the issue we Our entire experience was very frustrating with O’Meara. When we arrived to drop off the car (after previously explaining over the phone the issue we had) we waited 20 minutes to speak to someone, who had no idea we were coming and made us re explain everything. We then were told that the car should be ready to go in 3-4 days (a bunny had eaten through wiring and it needed to be replaced) and that we would hear from them. On the fifth day we called to check when we could pick up the car since we had had no communication at all, and were told that the wiring damage would be $1200 to fix. We were shocked that it was so expensive, and they explained that labor is $170/hour- WHAT? They needed 6-7 hours of labor to fix the wiring. We reluctantly agreed as so much time had already passed, when they let us know the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday, a full week after we brought it in. On Monday we again had not heard from anyone, so we called in and were told they wanted an additional $230 to fix wiring for the windshield wiper fluid. I asked why, and they said that the labor was expensive. I asked why there was additional labor when they had already dismantled everything to get to the area and was told “it is what it is and that’s what you pay”. I was shocked by how little customer service seemed to matter, and that they were very clearly gouging me. I asked them to please not touch the windshield wiper area, that I would take it elsewhere. The next morning they called to let us know we could pick up the car, and when I arrived the clerk was eating at the desk and completely ignored me. After about thirty seconds I said hello, during which time she cut me off with food in her mouth and asked me to wait. Once she was ready I let her know I was there to pay for my car and pick it up. She handed me a stack of paper and was very annoyed when I asked for a pen to sign off my $1200+ service before even seeing my car. She was clearly annoyed that I was disturbing her lunch. She then told us to wait outside for the car. We waited a outside for about 15 minutes when she came out and seemed annoyed, and pointed to the back of the service area. I apologized because she seemed so annoyed, and let her know I must have misunderstood, I had only heard to wait outside. She aggressively let me know she HAD told me to walk to the back. When I got to my car, it was very dirty, and smelled. My husband checked the wiring and said there was a LOT of electrical tape, and that it looked as if wiring had been repaired, not replaced. Overall, I CANNOT believe this was a DEALERSHIP experience. We will absolutely NEVER come again, and we have made sure to let all of our friends, family, and business partners know to stay FAR away from O’Meara Ford. More
