I stopped at OMeara Ford to get an Idea for my next vehicle purchase, I was not ready to buy anything at that time! I remember pulling up to the parking lot and was greeted properly by my salesman Joha vehicle purchase, I was not ready to buy anything at that time! I remember pulling up to the parking lot and was greeted properly by my salesman Johan Lopez, He was very well mannered and did not ask three million questions like most SALESMAN DO! Instead he greeted and welcomed us and asked what type of information I was searching for Vs Is this your trade! He walked around with my family even though I had already explained I was not going to buy anything ! He showed me evrything, from small cars to trucks I could not believe the inventory that is available! I did not see anything that really caught my eye but then he offered a brochure to look at ! We went inside and as we were walking in he remembered a vehicle they had just gotten in and decided to show it to me. I agreed since he was such a nice guy, he offered to pull it up. As the vehicle came I thought to myself that is it! This is the car that I had pictured myself driving . It was a 2011 Ford Fusion dark gray in color we drove it and I fell even more IN LOVE with the vehicle. When we returned he was not pushy to try and sell it instead he mentioned that weather or not I buy the vehicle with him that he would show me numbers anyway just so I knew where I stood " which is unheard of with salesman these days" long story short I ended up buying the vehicle and it was mainly thanks to our Salesman Johan, you earned a customer FOR LIFE ! I recommend Going to OMeara but mainly so due to my Salesman Johan Lopez , THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE MY CAR AND YOU MADE IT HAPPEN More

John Pallatt was very nice, and not pushy when it came to buying my car. He found exactly what I was looking for, from the sunroof down to the heated seats. Omeara Ford and Ryan were great to work with. They made it easy to buy a car. I actually had come in to see a car different from the one I bought. I 1st contacted O'Meara Ford by phone for a used car I saw on their website. The employee I spoke with was Elton Rosas. We communicated by phone & email for a couple of days due to my busy schedule. Elton completely understood my busy schedule & continued to stay in touch until I was able to come in. I was interested in a used Jeep Patriot & had several questions. Elton answered every email quickly & every phone call right away. I brought in my trade in vehicle & Elton suggested we take the Jeep for a drive. I did like the Patriot but it was a bit different than what I was used to with my Jeep Liberty. We went inside to talk & he suggested that I test drive a Ford Escape. My 1st reaction was, I would love to but do not think I could be approved for a new Ford Escape. We went for the test drive & I really liked it. Much more than the Patriot. I still did not think this sale was going to work. Elton went above & beyond with being patient & helpful. It worked! I am now driving my 2011 Ford Escape & loving it! I have referred someone to Elton & he is in the process of working with him now! I have had a few questions since the sale & Elton continued to answer every call & all my questions. This experience was challenging and Jerry really stepped up and exceeded our expectations. Recently, we had a baby and I got a new job.
