Although they always do a good job (Quality of Work), they take forever and are expensive. Their service people are friendly, but their customer service in non existent. At least a few times these O'Meara people would tell me that they put the customer first, but then after that they would completely ruin my day. Maybe they mean that the customer comes first in words, not in actions. One time I spent almost 2 hours there just for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Apparently my locking lug nuts were damaged and they couldn't get them off - which is funny since they were the only people that have ever rotated my tires. So I ordered a new set of locking lugs and those took over a week to get in. However, another time I had my spark plugs and O2 sensors changed, and they did a great job. Their aftermarket department is sort of a joke. Again, quality of service is good - but they forget appointments and take near a full day to complete the work. I remember that one time I went to get a 12" 3M clear bra installed, and they were going to charge me $350 for the install, and they wanted another $150 to remove dirt and tree sap from the paint (after they missed my 10:30 appointment and couldn't start until 1PM). So that's $500 total for a clear bra installation and a day wasted with no apologies. I told them to forget about it, so I took the vehicle to a car wash and bought a $5 tube of bug and tar remover for the sap. Then I found a reputable place in town that installed an 18" clear bra for only $200. I will not go back to O'Meara - so if you are reading this, trust me - you can find a better place to get your service done. I've given them plenty of my business in the past - and I wish I had been wise enough to stop going to them a long time ago. More

They looked me up about 1/2 hour later and told me I needed a new air filter which I had changed about a week before, told me I needed a new cabin air filter, it was clear that the cover hadn't been opened. told me I needed my power steering flushed when you could tell the cap to the reservoir hadn't been touched as all the fluid gap's hadn't been touched. The air pressure in the tires was not set and they came up with about $500 worth of things that I needed. After I paid they told me that there computer was down and they would mail me a receipt and a report card which I have never got. More

Went in and tried to trade in my 99 F250 for a 2003 F250 Power Stroke. At the time I was leasing my 99 and was told I was $3k over on my mileage and was told Ford would not finance me for the 2003 (which w Power Stroke. First off I have a buddy who works for another ford dealership and before I went in I knew I was only owed $1K in mieage so salesperson was trying to get me to pay more for my mieage then what I owed. Also a coupe of months later purchased a 2003 F250 Power Stroke from Formby Ford which listed for $43K and had no problem getting financed for this vehicle. Along with Omera's service department have taken vehicles in the past there and they had to order parts for it but it takes 2 weeks for them to get them in. Formby orders parts for my truck and by the next day they are calling to say they received my parts. I know Ford has a policy to have parts delivered within 24 hours but seems to me Omera Doesn't stick to fords policies. More
