I had a key made for $75.00 then they charged me $13.00 for Materials and disposal, how dirty can you get makeing a key, and what did they dispose. Just rippin dogs ... never ever go there. I am a old man on a limited income and to be ripped off is not my idea of humanity. More

When we went back they kept us there for 4 hours to see if they could get the deal through and approved. While we waited they kept telling us it would be 10-15 minutes longer. It finally got to 6 pm and they told us to come back the next day and work something out. During our wait we were never offered anything or any support or even suggested that we leave and call back. We were also given a car which was completely out of gas when we drove off of the lot. I would and could never tell anyone to ever go back to this dealership ever again. I would have to say it ruined our view of Ford and made everyone look bad. The only plus side was we had a knowledgeable sales representative who we dealt with the first 2 hours of the process. When we talked to the manager about how long we had waited and didn't want to be there any longer he didn't even apologize to us; he tried arguing that we hadn't been there as long as we had claimed and told us to contact the manager of finance the next day because he was playing golf. Bought a used Jeep that needed a little body work done was supposed to take 4 days to fix when I came in to pick up the vehicle it had been side swiped on the way back from the body shop and gofigire no o was supposed to take 4 days to fix when I came in to pick up the vehicle it had been side swiped on the way back from the body shop and gofigire no one knew how that happened so I'm told I'll get the car in 3 days when I called to see if it was back the salesman called me a liar and said he told me the following day. When I went up there the next day the Jeep wasn't back because the body shop guy didn't have a ride back and the salesman forgot to call AGAIN. So I went there for nothing. The next day I finally received the Jeep. I talked to the sales floor manager who told me he couldn't help me because I told him I wouldn't purchase from there ever again. He then hung up on me. A very horrible experience!!! More
We were told nothing but lies about the purchase of our vehicle. We were told that the front bumper had just been 'pulled' and it would be put back in. That wouldn't happen because it had actually been in an accident. It had different tires, that they fixed. We were never offered a service contract, but it was 'slid in' under our paperwork and we were charged an additional $2000 without our knowledge. The payments we were told we were going to pay, was not what it ended up as. They have had the vehicle for four weeks, we had it for two business days. They think they figured out the noise in the engine, but when we went to them - two days after we purchased it- they said they would work with us to help us. After thinking about our options, we went back to work with them and they told us, 'too bad'. And everyday since then, they have told us 'too bad'. It has been a month, they will not replace the bumper that they lied about how it received it's damage, but they put in half a tank of gas because they drove off the gas that we out in it and we should be happy about that. If you let them know that you trusted what they said to be the truth, they will tell you, 'too bad'. I am writing this to make sure that this never happens to anyone else. More
Found the car I wanted on autotrader - it was from O'Meara Ford. They had the exact model I wanted so I emailed them to ask about the car. I got an email back within an hour from them. I love the used Toyota I bought and the price, but little did I know the they told us lies and their customer service since they made the sale has been non-existent. We were told that the car came with two did I know the they told us lies and their customer service since they made the sale has been non-existent. We were told that the car came with two keys (after repeated asking), but after the paperwork was signed we were given one key and told that is all they had. We were then told that an additional key would set us back $80. When I called two days later to get the key done, we were quoted at $350 with $105 labor. O'Meara wants no part of assisting with this, despite their promising that the car had two keys. We had a very difficult time working with their finance manager, as well. We had our own financing, but he insisted that we had to open up an account at his recommended Credit Union, which was time off work and just a pain. The price was great, but I would have paid more for some customer service from another dealership. The sales manager told us that they count on repeat business. Well, they can count on not getting mine return business. More

When they quoted me 45 min, they called us back over to service 1 1/2 hrs later. They then suggested over $870 worth of "necessary" repairs to the vehicle. They showed us (my roommate and myself) a small plastic tray where they showed us 'drops' of oil from our car and compared them to the color tables next to it. They included the front and rear axle oils, transmission oils, and some others. They suggested in particular a full transmission flush. I said no way, and that the transmission had been COMPLETELY rebuilt less than a month ago. I asked to show me the fluid from my car. The clerk then said that most likely the transmission had not been filled with the correct fluid and that was what caused it to be so dirty and in need of repair. Again, I said that was not the case (the person who rebuilt my transmission was a 17-yr veteran Ford technician who had started his own business - for sure he could have chosen the right fluid....). Again, I asked to see the fluid from my car's transmission, and then he told me that he couldn't do the because the unit was 'sealed' (THEN HOW DID THEY GET IT THE FIRST TIME?). He went back to the back and then said something along the lines of 'Oh, I guess the technician suggested it based on the mileage.' - That was a lot of junk. They also 'strongly suggested' that I flush out my axle oils - they showed me the color of the oils on the little tray he brought out. I am fairly knowlegeable about cars, and from what I understand pulling oil out of an axle is stupid and difficult - which made me further believe that their 'oil comparison' table was probably pulled out of some vat in the back. They wanted to replace the brakes, engine oil filter, axle fluids, power steering fluids, and other things. I went in for a $30 oil change that was supposed to be 45 minutes, and left angry 1 1/2 hrs later with a proposal of another $870 in 'strongly necessary repairs.' I wouldn't go back if they paid ME. I shopped around to many local dealers and online to find my new Mustang. I finally found O'Meara's website and checked out their inventory. They had more Mustang GTs to choose from than any other place in town so I emailed their Internet Department to say I wanted a GT. I got a call back from John in the Internet department within an hour and setup an appointment to come in that day. He was waiting for me and had several cars matching my needs waiting. After driving a couple I decided on the car I wanted and we went through "the process". They were more than fair with my trade-in price (after the first try- which was a bit low). Everything was done and I drove the car home a couple hours later. Great job - I recommend O'Meara to anyone. P. Edwards More
O'Meara is a horrible place for sales. It was very unpleasant, difficult and just an overall bad experience. My wife was so stressed out by the time that we got home that I almost took the vehicle ba unpleasant, difficult and just an overall bad experience. My wife was so stressed out by the time that we got home that I almost took the vehicle back and punched the sales manager in the nose. I bought a 2007 Ford Edge there, and the sales person lacked a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and was a haggler. I had a trade in with a KBB value of $2,000. They said they'd give me $200 - so I just laughed and started to walk out. He told me to wait a minute, and he came back with a $1600 offer. $200 to $1600 - must have been a clerical error right? Right. Spent about an hour looking at vehicle options and test driving. They promised me that they had the vehicle I wanted, but after nearly 2 hours of haggling and paperwork - they came back and told me they didn't have the vehicle. So I say enough of this, I'm going to a different place - and then the sales guy says 'oh wait, we have one but it's been driven by Mrs. O'Meara for a bit now and has about 500 miles on it.' So I spent another hour trying to convince them that I wanted a price reduction. They refused, so I told them that I wanted a 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty thrown in because she had been driving it - and who knows how an owner's wife treats the vehicles. They approved the warranty after much debate, but then it took another hour to get the rest done. Overall, my wife and I spent over 5 1/2 hours at that stealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them again - which is their loss because my company buys fleet vehicles quite often. More
