It was nice to not be hounded, which in my experience happens a lot when buying a new car. Daniel was fantastic and made my car buying experience very easy. Additionally, he has been so kind as to continue to help me days after my purchase- I've had a number of questions and left a few things in my last car at the dealership...he's been very easy to het ahold of and has continued to be so helpful. In those requests, I made the it clear the difficulties one might have in working with me. Michael was the first one to respond to my inquiry. He was eager and willing to help, right from the start. With the insurance and scheduling issues, it took me a few days really start working things out with Michael. Ultimately, he and the finance team had to work hard to get me a great deal, with an acceptable APR, and make it all work. Thanks to Michael and the team over at O'Meara Ford, I'm loving my 2012 Ford Focus! I needed a good, safe and fuel efficient car at a near steal price. Michael delivered! More

I came in and worked with Elton Rosas, he made it pretty easy and was very pleasant and professional. The only down fall is that Management is pushy and they keep repeating what the sales person already said, they are way too pushy about their survey's, it's like ownership or upper management pushes this way too much because I also got a ton of calls afterwards, thanks for caring but too pushy for my taste. I purchased a new 2012 Ford Mustang and I would not have done so if it was not for Faustino "Freddy" Mendoza. A couple other of sales people were involved in the process, but all of them lied or made promises they couldn't deliver on. One of these team members insluted me and my wife by suggesting we lease a new vehicle. I questioned later how many home owners with very good credit (730) he tries to force into a lease instead of financing a purchase. This was not a highlight of our purchasing experience. I could not recall who this was, as I care not to remember those who insult me, but I do know he was a younger Latino/Hispanic male, and he worked with leasing. WE DID NOT WALK IN WITH ANY INTENT TO LEASE, EVER! Freddy was upfront, honest, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to go to O'Meara Ford looking for a vehicle to ask for Freddy Mendoza for a great experience. Freddy is an example of a model car sales man and makes the car purchasing experience more of a pleasure than a painful process. All in all I walked out with a new 2012 Ford Mustang and am happy with the vehicle. I am forever thankful for Freddy and his top quality customer service, clear communication, and support throughout the car purchasing experience. If I had a question, and Freddy didn't know the answer, he would find out. Post purchase, I thought the vehicle was missing a spare tire/donut. After some research it turns out the V6 vehicles do not come with a donut/spare, only a repair kit. Freddy had been in contact with me after the sale to make sure if there was anything else he could do, or if we had any further questions. This team is great! We bought a new F250 truck one weekend, realized it was missing a few features we really wanted and they "exchanged" it for us - no problems. Jerry is very attentive and the S weekend, realized it was missing a few features we really wanted and they "exchanged" it for us - no problems. Jerry is very attentive and the Sales Managers we worked with (Richard Roth and Justin Chavez) were nice - not overly salesy - just up front and honest. Mike Miller our Finance Manager was great too! Lastly, beyond the fact that they had the biggest vehicle choice (and some hard to find options) the dealership is NICE. More
Went in to look at a new car. Knew what we had in mind and that we wanted dark interior. The only couple cars on the lot that matched our wishes had light interior and the salesperson actually told us th and that we wanted dark interior. The only couple cars on the lot that matched our wishes had light interior and the salesperson actually told us that what we wanted was never manufactured in a dark color interior. 2 days later I purchased exactly what I wanted from Sill-TerHar, dark interior and all!! What a slimeball to lie in an attempt to make his sale versus putting some work into it and helping me to get what I wanted. More
The wife and I had purchased a 2005 Ford Freestar from Rockys Auto, after about a year of driving the van, we had a serious problem with the transmission and thought we were going to be out THOUSANDS. We took the car in and were told that our car was covered under recall and we didnt pay a dime! We thank Mark and everyone at o'meara for treating us so well and helping us to tap into the resources we needed to get the car fixed with minimal cost to us! They really blew me away with the service and the respect they showed us from day one. More
