I came to O’Meara with a problem I had been having all summer. I dealt with two other mechanics who bungled my initial problem into a four month saga they could never solve. I got to work with Peter in the service department at O’Meara. You don’t usually expect people behind the desk to know as much as the guys in the pit but Peter clearly had command of all of the systems I was dealing with. In the course of getting to the bottom of my problem one of his supervisors took an interest as well when it was not something she would normally be involved with. Barb seemed personally offended at the way my summer had gone and did a bunch of extra work to get me to a resolution. The most important thing I can tell you about these people is that they are trustworthy. They make you feel like you are the only customer they have. Can’t recommend O’Meara enough. More

I am a native of Denver and grew up seeing the O'Meara ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had seen online, spoke with a salesperson, scheduled an appointment, and arrived at their dealership in a half hour. The salesperson who greeted me was really great and had the car waiting for me to test drive. While I was test driving the car, another salesperson sold the car to another party. This other party test drove it after I did. It is really frustrating as I did everything correctly by calling to verify the car was still available and scheduling an appointment to test drive, but the car was sold right out from under me without a chance to purchase. I have never come across this type of totally unprofessional behavior and SLEAZY sales tactic. This type of behavior gives all the other good and honest salespeople a bad rap. More
