Follow up was lacking. Ordered a part that was quoted to be ready the next week by Tuesday, was never called to advise the part wasn’t going to be ready as advised. Called Wednesday and Thursday to ask status, but still never received a call to let me know the part wasn’t ready. I finally decided to just show up Friday afternoon and the part wasn’t ready there. The buying experience was fine. Having to take my new suv back after a few days to fix not being able to have phone service was not so great. Then having to return the next day to complete the update does not give me confidence the problem is solved. It is not. I am returning again. I am not pleased to be driving on a trip along and my computer screen go only to date and time. I called service four times to get to speak to a service person, only to be told there was nothing I could do. I had to use my phone for navigation. I can only hope that the third time is a charm and the problem finally gets fixed. The seat heaters are not working correctly. I just want my brand new suv to work correctly. More
Buying the vehicle was great but it has been 3 weeks now and still no title or paperwork to pay sales tax or to get plates. Called finance department but still no paperwork and i paid cash.
