I know it was out of the hands of the service dept. BUT I had to pay out an extra 700.00 in rental car charges because it took so long to get the parts in. Are car had been carjacked by five thieves th BUT I had to pay out an extra 700.00 in rental car charges because it took so long to get the parts in. Are car had been carjacked by five thieves that smocked a lot of cigs in the car. The car smelled ok from the treatment they did BUT they did not detail the inside or out of the car. So there is at least one paint blemish they missed. The inside of the car was dirty and had a pile of cigarette in all of the doors. I expected better care after setting there for over three months. Tried to sell me things I didn't need and broke trim off my door. Joe tried to hide my trim pieces missing by pulling my car into the service bays the wrong direction then acting like he had no clue. That was followed by Joe getting an estimate that was already printed with a the previous days date on it off his desk and telling me he would be in touch next week. That was 3 weeks ago.
