Follow up was lacking. Ordered a part that was quoted to be ready the next week by Tuesday, was never called to advise the part wasn’t going to be ready as advised. Called Wednesday and Thursday to ask status, but still never received a call to let me know the part wasn’t ready. I finally decided to just show up Friday afternoon and the part wasn’t ready there.
