The Team at Ofallon Buick/GMC are top notch. It was well worth me going out of my way of an hour to buy from this dealership. Seems like there is a huge disconnect between service writers and the techs. Last visit brought my vehicle in for a bunch of maintenance (no issues) and a state emissions test. Service did all the mainte writers and the techs. Last visit brought my vehicle in for a bunch of maintenance (no issues) and a state emissions test. Service did all the maintenance before the emissions test, well they set a check engine light and now vehicle would not pass test. They did not tell me what happened and just let me pick up vehicle. Got home and then realized I didn’t have a passed emissions test and had to call dealer back. I was just told to drive about 100 miles and swing back in. Why would you not perform emissions test first!? Why would dealer not tell me or try to reset all emissions monitors so I don’t have to come back?! This is not the first time I’ve had to bring my vehicles back after having dealer services. i have 2 vehicles serviced there. The positives are they are super nice and super convenient. More

On Thursday Dec,28 2023. Nice day. I thought I would just go to different dealer ship looking to see any used vehicle that I might liked. Mainly trucks. When I stop by O'Fal Nice day. He ask what was I looking for. Just looking maybe for a used truck with low miles and a decent price. He took my friend and I inside to look at some option on trucks, which I did. I saw this Buick SUV. Roger took us for a test drive. As they say, the rest is history. Working with Roger was flawless , knowledgeable, full of energy. I actually had fun. Relaxing environment.
