In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

My salesman Blake was very helpful in my decision to purchase the GMC Terrain SLT he was never pushy. He knew what I needed and wanted and tried his hardest to get me into the right car at the Best pric purchase the GMC Terrain SLT he was never pushy. Salesman told me he would replace missing trim piece on vehicle, after a week later of not hearing from him, I call and he tells me to take it to another dealer for repairs. Sales manager said he was going vehicle, after a week later of not hearing from him, I call and he tells me to take it to another dealer for repairs. Sales manager said he was going to fix a couple dings on the vehicle. Did not do that either. Poor. Typical salesman experience, trying to make a sale and then after the sale is done, backs out on his word. More
