In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Great experience, walked in not expecting to buy a vehicle that day. Had five dealers on my list, only made it to O’Fallon Buick, which was my second dealership. Didn’t have to go through much of a hassle or Negotiation. Salesman was top-notch, did a wonderful job. Five stars out of five. Hakeem was wonderful to work with. The finance guy wasn’t very personable, I felt rushed. If I asked a question, I felt like I was bothering him. Might want to be a little more personable and slow down a bit with customers. More

I was able to get an appointment for my oil change within a matter of days. I came in to the dealership and everything was spotless. I was greeted immediately, and I was able to check in and get seated in th a matter of days. I came in to the dealership and everything was spotless. I was greeted immediately, and I was able to check in and get seated in the guest waiting area within a few minutes. They finished my truck ahead of time. It was washed, tires rotated and aired up.
