In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

This was a bate and switch. Worst customer service experience. As I sat to discuss purchase the manager in the back wanted to make sure I knew he had another buyer. I was present and interested in buying the vehicle. I found this extremely disrespectful and a very poor sales technique. Won’t ever buy or recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed.
