In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

I wish the used car sales manager kept his word on fixing my truck. I brought my truck in to get 2 things fixed. The windshield didnt get fixed as promised and the paint chip in the bumper wasn’t fixed prope my truck. I brought my truck in to get 2 things fixed. The windshield didnt get fixed as promised and the paint chip in the bumper wasn’t fixed properly. As promised. They put a darker shade paint on the chip and didn’t smooth it out. I was told I would receive a Phone call this past week about my windshield getting fixed. I didn’t get a phone call and when I called twice this week and left a voicemail both times for the used car salesman and I didn’t receive a call back. I didn't receive a spare key with the truck and now that’s going to cost me $600. Roger sold me the car and he did a phenomenal job. Kudos to him. However, my first service visit didn’t go as well as I had hoped. More

Took Sierra 1500 in for oil change and tire rotation. Jimmy let me know that we were due for 2 additional maintenance things and we were able to do them right along with the oil and rotation.
