I went in to buy a used vehicle. They were a little low on my trade, in my opinion, but I made the deal. The salesman I worked with was not what I was expecting from O'Donnell Hond They were a little low on my trade, in my opinion, but I made the deal. The salesman I worked with was not what I was expecting from O'Donnell Honda. I was expecting someone super professional, easy to work with, etc. That wasn't exactly the case. The first thing I noticed was that he, Bryan, smelled like weed. The second thing I noticed was that he had a vape on his desk, which verified the weed small. He was smug, seemed arrogant, and came across like a jerk. Used vehicles sell themselves, if the numbers are right. This is the only reason I bought the car I did. However, the sales experience was poor to say the least. I had to return to the dealership the following Tuesday to wrap up the buying process, and he smelled like weed again. More

I recently purchased my third car from O'Donnell. I have used the same salesperson each time, Stan Bailey. I have always been extremely satisfied with him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new car in Jan 2025 from O'Donnell after having sub par experiences at other dealerships. I never felt pressured at any point during my car buying experience- the first question I got asked having sub par experiences at other dealerships. I never felt pressured at any point during my car buying experience- the first question I got asked is "do you want to just test drive today and ask questions or are you looking to move faster?" I had two quick test drives and felt an immense amount of support when asking questions. When I later came back to put a deposit down, I was given the chance to fill out some additional paperwork then vs. day of purchase which saved a lot of time. When the financing conversation occurred, again no pressure or shaming into purchasing additional add ons that I had not expressed interest in. I wish that everyone had the experience I did and will absolutely be buying my next car down the line from O'Donnell. More

I've been to going to O'Donnell ever since I bought my first Honda in 1994. Their service department was always reliable up until the past 5 years when there appear to be more recalls. I'm still waiting to get service for 2 recalls - one that's been out for 2 years and a more recent and serious problem with the fuel pump. Despite the serious nature of the recall, and Honda issuing a notice as to the serious nature of the problem (possibly causing accidents) and to get the problem fixed at any Honda dealership ASAP, they actually had an automated message stating that if you didn't have a problem, then they would be scheduling repairs in March 2025!When I called back in January, the tech tells my car was scheduled for repair in April 2025. They apparently decided to just schedule it to be fixed along with the other recall that had been scheduled last year (summer 2024)! We have a road trip scheduled and the tech was rude and didn't care. I've purchased 3 Hondas from O'Donnell, but never again. You've lost a long time O'Donnell Honda customer. More

My daughter needed a new (used) car and we went to test drive a used Toyota at O'Donnell. Musa, our sales person was excellent. We had a budget in mind and negotiated a very fair price. December, 2024: Besides Jeff, the rudest service people I have ever come across. I have witnessed certain service people get into it with a number of customers over the years.
