I had contacted a couple of other dealers for Internet pricing and was annoyed by the back and forth process. I just wanted someone to give me their best price up front and not have to deal with the back pricing and was annoyed by the back and forth process. I just wanted someone to give me their best price up front and not have to deal with the back and forth. Once I got in touch with Mike Garvey, my whole view of the car buying experience changed! He was gave me the best price and told me all of the other costs involved (taxes, tags, title, etc.) and never tried to mislead me. And, the price I received was $4,000 less than the other Honda dealers I had talked to. It took only a couple emails and one phone call to complete the deal. I filled out all of the paperwork online and went to the dealer on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in just over an hour--it was easily the best car buying experience of my life! And, I have to mention Glenn Boswell, the Finance Director. He's a pretty imposing guy--big and muscular--and I was a little worried at first. But, he was just as easygoing as Mike. It took 15 minutes to sign the paperwork and he didn't badger me about the warranties--just gave me the information and let me decide without pressure. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I have already recommended Mike Garvey and O'Donnell to several of my friends and I will continue to do so. I should also mention that Mike contacted me a few days after I picked up my Crosstour just to see how things were going. No other car salesman has every done that. It's no wonder they have received the President's Award for 7 years in a row! More

We had been to 2 dealerships before O'Donnell Honda shopping for a new minivan. The prices at O'Donnell were competitive, but the quality of the Odyssey far exceeded the Dodge and Toyota. It is solidly built, easy to drive, and the 2011 is far superior in that it is easier to get in and out of, the back seats fold easily, it is comfortable, and looks great. Robert Cohen worked with us to get the best deal for our 2 trade-ins, and a great financing rate. He personally cleaned any spots left after the car wash before delivery. He sat with me in the Odyssey and taught me how to use all of the things on the dashboard and how to use the XM Radio, the hands free phone, the DVD, the heating/cooling system, etc. What stands out the most, however, is that he listens to his customers. He understood my emotional attachment to the military magnets on my trade-in and when I went out to my new Odyssey, he had cleaned them and attached them to my new vehicle. As the parent of a Marine who is about to go into combat for the 4th time, I got pretty choked up. I was very glad that Robert Cohen happened to be at work the day we wandered in to buy a new Honda Odyssey. More

The first time we visited I explained that I did not want to purchase that day, that my wife and I just wanted to look. He did not pressure us, instead he stuck around despite our lack of interest to buy in order to gain rapport and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and answered all questions understandably. We visited two more times before purchasing and each time was the same. JT was patient, personable, proffessional, and never once pushed the sale where it was uncomfortable. His efforts encouraged the sale and ultimately it was his attitude and personality that influenced the buy. He then continued to work hard at finding a deal that fit our budget, then explained financing options that would save me money. JT unobtrusively explained the different benefits that we could purchase i.e. gap insurance, low jack, and honda roadside services. After promptly delivering our new vehicle (cleaned impecably and fueled up), JT explained first hand how everything on the vehicle worked. Unfortunately, he was the only person we spoke to at the dealership, however, everyone was very friendly; JT simply did his job well enough that there was no need to speak with anyone else. We were pleased with O'Donnel Honda and would recommend to anyone. More

I went on their Honda website and asked for an internet price. They gave me a GREAT price and followed it up with the name of a salesman. I got fabulous financing and they gave me blue book value for my trade. It was simple, hassle free and just the most refreshing experience that I have had buying a car. I am a busy person who owns two small businesses and this is the way car dealerships should be doing business. I would highly recommend this dealership to all. And, I love my new Honda Crosstour.
