Our service coordinator, John Jennings, and the service department manager, Travis Thomas, simply did not care about our situation and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I view the entire service department as incompetent. We had to replace the clutch and coil on our 2012 Honda Pilot as the A/C was not working. The bill for that repair was $1,200.00. Four months later, our A/C unit was not working again. They stated that we needed to replace the "full system". The estimate cost for that repair was $4,715.00. A grand total $6,000.00 in repairs in 4 months on the A/C unit!! Shouldn't it have been repaired correctly the first time?? They did not try to make anything right with us including crediting the $1,200.00 to the new proposed estimate cost. Needless to say, we will NEVER return to this dealership for ANYTHING!! I do not recommend going to O'Daniel Honda service department!!! More

Justin is the Honda subject matter expert. Nobody knows more than he. The best car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. Dishonest Used Car Sales Tactics 1991 Miata with 35,000 miles. The car was presented as Free of Issues. They presented an inspection report which shows that the car inspected and did not present oil leaks or transmission issues. Upon receiving the car, the Engine had a leak and the transmission did not shift smoothly into 2, and 3rd gears. I called the Sales Manager, and he said that I will have to eat it, and they did not misrepresent anything. Basically, they are no better than any other used car salespeople/dealers. They just have the Honda name behind them which gives them undeserved credibility. More

Car broke down after their service dept worked on it I bought a 2004 Honda Accord from O’Daniel. I am a college student that needed a car to get back to school in Florida. Since this is over a 1000 mile I bought a 2004 Honda Accord from O’Daniel. I am a college student that needed a car to get back to school in Florida. Since this is over a 1000 mile drive, I wanted to take the vehicle in for a used car inspection before buying it. The manager did not allow me to take it in because he assured me their service department had made the car ready to make a trip of that length. Less than a week after buying the car, the check engine light came on (Most dealerships won’t sell a car that has a problem big enough to set the check engine light on). I brought it into their service department and they said there was a big issue with the catalytic converter. They “fixed” it and assured that NOW it was a dependable vehicle. So I set off on my trip to Orlando and the car completely broke down and died in Missouri. I had to restart it every mile until I got to a mechanic shop. The mechanic in charge told me to call O’Daniel so he could talk to them about their work on the car since he said he’d never seen anything like that on a Honda with such low mileage (83k). When I called they had me on hold for 20 minutes then sent me to voicemail and never called back. This is a dealership that shows no interest in taking care of their customers, and because of them I was stranded on my way to school. Do not recommend. More
