Bought a used car with brand new tires on it. Shortly after buying it we noticed uneven tire wear and took it in. The service contract they sold me for over $3000 does not cover impact damage. They all said this should have been caught on inspection and recommended I call the dealership to try to work something out. Used car sales manager Cris was rude and said there’s no way his guys could make a mistake that big. He talked badly about the mechanics I took the car to and said they probably are telling me there is bigger problems than there are to make commission. When I got frustrated with his unprofessionalism, he stated he would call my place of employment and tell them not to send kids to the schools where I work. I took my brand new van into O’Daniel Honda for a second opinion for a problem that has been taking place with my vehicle. I explained the problem to the man working and that we had already taken it to a pr opinion for a problem that has been taking place with my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me that if they already took a look at it, then it would be a waste of time for one of their technicians to look into the problem. He also told me that there would be a case already open on my van that would cover the cost of anything that needed to be replaced due to this problem. I asked if he could look the case up or call to get more information on that. Another man working behind the counter smiled and said, “That would require one of us waiting on hold for 40 minutes.” Not a single person looked at my car or helped me get to the bottom of the problem. The man’s last words were, “Sorry that you wasted your time driving down here today.” I am a person that understands when things go wrong, but it’s pretty frustrating when our first Honda purchase hasn’t been successful and now two dealerships haven’t been able to get to the bottom of our problem.
