I am a sales engineer and put around 35,000-40,000 miles on my car a year. Being new at this, I finally got to trade in the previous engineer's car for a new one of my choice. I have driven Honda Accords m on my car a year. Being new at this, I finally got to trade in the previous engineer's car for a new one of my choice. I have driven Honda Accords my entire life and had no doubt in my mind that's the car I wanted. I went to two different dealers, O'Daniel's and another dealer in town to get competitive quotes. I worked with Bob Freemeyer at O'Daniel's, and the thing that I loved about working with Bob was that he cared about me as a person, not just a customer. As a side note, I had been to many dealers, and Bob was the first to make me feel like he truly appreciated me. That being said, Bob helped me get what I needed, and everything was set. In the midst of this all, the other dealer was competing for my business, so I went back and forth to each dealer. In the end, I went with O'Daniel because they were always gracious toward me and treated me well. They also gave me a great deal! I have never bought a car before, but Bob made it very simple, and it was an extremely easy process. I now go to this Honda dealership for anything car related and enjoy seeing Bob and the O'Daniel crew when I'm there. I highly recommend anyone wanting a Honda to go to O'Daniel. You, as a customer, are treated well, respected, and appreciated. More

Lauren Brey made my first leasing experience very enjoyable. She was very patient and explained all the different aspects of the lease. She listened to what I wanted but also made suggestions which enjoyable. She was very patient and explained all the different aspects of the lease. I made several visits to the dealership and called Lauren numerous times while I was trying to decide what to do and each time she was very friendly and professional. She made the entire process very easy and non-threatening. I would recommend O'Daniel Honda and Lauren in particular to anyone who was looking to buy or lease a Honda. I love my CRV! More
Greg Sweetwood was the person who met me as I got out of my car to shop your vehicles on Saturday 4/6, and not only immediately informed me that I don't want a hybrid (the car I requested), but that the onl my car to shop your vehicles on Saturday 4/6, and not only immediately informed me that I don't want a hybrid (the car I requested), but that the only hybrid Honda made was the Insight. Not only did he insult me by repeatedly misinforming me of what Honda has to offer, but he also kept directing me towards models/vehicles that I was uninterested in and completely ignored my requests. I wanted a Honda CRV hybrid, and was considering maybe an Accord hybrid - though for some reason he continued to tell me that Honda doesn't make those in hybrids. I told him I was open to ideas and he kept pointing me to the base models of CRVs (non hybrid), I told him that I was uninterested in base models and that I could make what I wanted work from a price perspective. I'm not sure if he just didn't believe me because I am in my early 20's and am a female...but I meant what I said. I felt completely disrespected and more importantly completely unheard. As a side note, he called me "Shane" twice in the voicemail he left me, which sounds nothing like "Kate". I would never do business with a man like Greg Sweetwood. I hope that this was a fluke, because otherwise your establishment needs to take a good hard look at the way it's treating potential customers. More
I would not recommend any purchase at this honda dealer as my experience was not a good one. I purchased a new car at this dealership and car sold to me was dented. When I found that in first week and requ as my experience was not a good one. I purchased a new car at this dealership and car sold to me was dented. When I found that in first week and requested dealer to revisit the cameras at their shop as that would show when the car was picked up it had dent on it, the dealer refused to discuss the matter and rather started avoiding me as the sale was all completed. I am sure that the dealer was aware of the fact. I am not disappointed about the dent as that could have got fixed, rather what I didnt like was the behavior of folks that they did with me after the sale was complete. If I knew same folks would be this bad, I would have never bought anything from this dealer. This experience was also suffice for me to never take my car at their maintenance shop. In a nutshell the price offered for my car deal was very good but when I realized why that was good, it didn't matter as it was too late. Hope this serves a good warning to other buyers and can save frustrations in future. Thanks. More

Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at what seemed like a great price. Because we were planning on coming in from out of state to pu Terrible dealership. We found a car online listed at what seemed like a great price. Because we were planning on coming in from out of state to purchase the car, we called in advance to confirm the price and that it was still available. Sure enough, the listed price was a mistake, but they told us that, since they had listed the price online, they would honor it. The day before we were going to drive down to purchase the car, we called again just to confirm that they would honor the price. After being passed around on the phone several times and being told by the sales person we had originally talked to that he wouldn't have said he'd sell it at the lower price because only sales managers can adjust the price, I asked to speak to the manager. This manager kept wanting to argue with me about the fact that the listed price was a mistake, despite my agreeing that it was and explaining that we had been told they'd honor the price despite this, as it was them who made the mistake. He finally resorted to silly excuses, such as that his sales people can't be expected to know the prices of their inventory (um, really??). Ultimately, he took my contact information so that he could check with the owner and get back to me, but that I probably wouldn't hear from them until Saturday (the day he knew I was planning on driving through to pick up the car). It wasn't until I told him that I was willing to let people know of their terrible and dishonest business practices that he claimed they would try to get back to me that day. I quickly decided it was far too much of a hassle and that if that's how I was treated during the purchasing process, I shouldn't expect much from them in the future. I will definitely be buying my new car elsewhere. More
