My experience with this dealership was fantastic! Ty couldn't have been more friendly. We got there thinking the dealership was closed and we were just going to look on the lot. Ty greeted us with a positive and friendly attitude. We told him we wanted to see the 2013 Accord Si with navigation. They had a two door and a four door, which he showed us. His knowledge of the products was unbelievable. My brother handled the negotiations, and I'm certain he will give details on that when he submits his review. We left that night. By the way, Ty stayed after closing to take care of our needs. All this happened on June 11th. There was some calling back and forth, but by June 15th I had decided to buy the car. On June 17th, my brother and I drove from McCook Nebraska to Omaha to take delivery of the car. We called Ty about an hour from our destination, and he told us the car would be ready. When we got to Omaha, Ty cordially greeted us and had Kurt, their finance guy, talk to us. This, too, was a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. There was no pressure; it just felt very comfortable. He and my brother talked a bit about vintage cars, and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. After that, the fun part started. Ty had started the car and cooled it down, and my brother got in the back seat; I got in front with Ty. He then took us through all the great tech options that my new car has. This part probably took 45 minutes or so, but he was so good about showing me how to use the features that it seemed more like 10 of 15 minutes. First, he would show me, then we would do it together, finally, I'd do it by myself. Ty was great. I'm a teacher, so I understand how tough it can be to teach a new concept. Ty is a natural. All the people we dealt with at this dealership were fantastic. Everyone should have this type of car buying experience. My wife and I visited another Honda dealership in our area and we were not impressed with the sales team there. This was to be our first "new" car purchase. We then went to O'Daniel Honda and we were b area and we were not impressed with the sales team there. This was to be our first "new" car purchase. We then went to O'Daniel Honda and we were blown away by their sales teams. There was not one question that could not be answered and they even threw out questions and answers that other customers had asked in the past. That really helped put us at ease and we both felt that we had made the right decision in visiting O'Daniel Honda. The exact vehicle that my wife and I were interested in was not in their inventory but Bob and Tom worked quickly to find the vehicle we desired and got the ball rolling on working out a deal. Bob was very thorough in describing all of the features of the vehicle we were interested and at no time did I feel rushed or like a bother. I asked a lot of questions that he answered quickly and Bob was a person that I was able to relate to in many ways. They matched and even beat a price we had gotten from another dealer. I never knew buying a new car could be such a stress free experience. We left the dealership in our new van without the feeling that we had been raked over the coals. Quentin was such a big help when it was time to sign on the dotted line. We had many questions and Quentin answered them clearly and was very thorough in his explanations. We are also going to be taking our van to O'Daniel Honda for all of our service even though we have another Honda dealer much closer. The service department at O'Daniel is second to none. In closing, the team at O'Daniel Honda, especially Bob and Tom, have made me and my wife's dreams come true and we finally have a vehicle that is dependable and will give us many years of service. O'Daniel Honda will be our first and only choice in the future for all of our car buying needs. More

We went to two other Honda dealerships before settling with O'Daniel and of all the dealerships, O'Daniel was by far the most friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Be sure to ask for Ty, although I'm sure all te sales people are equally as wonderful to work with. More

I admit, being a first-time new car buyer, I felt like I had to come equipped with my friend, Liz, who knows what car-buying is all about. I didn't want to get weaseled into anything I didn't want, and I certainly didn't want to pay more than I should when I am a single gal. Car dealerships, sadly, have bad reputations out there. I did my homework. I didn't care who my sales associate was because I brought Liz who wasn't going to let me get taken. Turns out, we got the best one on staff that day! Lauren Brey talked to both of us like we were real people, and I felt like I could relate to her. She wasn't someone who was trying to make a dollar, she really wanted me to get the best deal possible. After we got a printout of what they could do for me and my trade-in, Liz didn't think it was a good enough deal, and asked to speak to the manager in charge, Cris Sahner. We had an appointment at another dealership, Superior, and Liz and I wanted a little convincing why we shouldn't go to the appointment. Cris ended up giving me more of a deal than what was on paper. Before too long, Lauren made me feel like I WANTED to buy a car from her, and I didn't even want to go to Superior anymore. Liz was convinced they were really giving me a great deal on this new car, gave me great money on my trade-in. Before long, I was in the financial office with Kurt Hill. We connected right away because I taught in the school at which he went to night school. It was nice to be able to small talk. He made me feel like a million bucks about my credit score, too. He was very organized, and he showed me the paperwork, and extended warranty options available. Though I didn't get an extended warranty, I think he was extremely thorough. Today, I went back there, chit-chatted with Lauren, signed over my title to my Malibu to the dealership through Kurt, and got some all-weather mats for my new car, suggested to me by Lauren as well. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service I've received at O'Daniel Honda. For being my first time getting a new car, I can tell you they'll have my business again. I've already recommended Lauren to another friend looking. Not all car dealerships are the same. Honda's fabulous reputation extends to its staff at O'Daniel, too. Let me know if you have any questions. P.S. The guy from Superior had called the day before, and I didn't listen to the message from him until a few days after I bought my car. I had just emailed him to let him know that I was canceling my appointment. When I listened to the message, he went on and on about how he would try to squeeze me in at 1:00 that day, but he was really busy, and he had a birthday party that had been postponed three times that evening, so he'd be leaving early, and he couldn't do an early appointment because he had to look at a hail damaged car in the morning that he's been putting off for two weeks....blah blah BLAH. I couldn't believe he told me all that stuff. Had I listened to his message before I went to O'Daniel, I would have canceled my Superior appointment anyway! More
