Living out west in Omaha I typically traveled to Superior Honda on 144th and L'ish. However, I noticed a car I was interested in at O'Daniel. I made a call and asked for a salesperson and guessing was placed with whomever was available. Had a very good, genuine conversation with Bob Freemyer and told him I'd be down in the morning to look at the car. There was another car that was very similar to what I wanted to see at O'Daniel and had driven it at Superior, but still wanted to see the car at O'Daniel. Consider myself very fortunate to have been hooked up with Bob when I placed my call the night before. Bob was pleasant from the start and was very knowledgeable while not being over-powering. He showed me everything on the Honda that was new and how it worked, took the time to explain in detail and could tell was genuinely enthusiastic about the "Honda product" vs. "just selling it". After working with Bob, I had told myself if we could agree on a price I wasn't going back to Superior that I would definitely buy my car from here. Made a few offers with Bob, we cut a very fair deal for both of us and I was then turned over to Kurt Hill to close out. Prior to this, loved the fact that on a Saturday they of course had the NU game on and I was able to "get into the game" with some of the employees as they were passing (or working) Kurt was as well very genuine and a pleasure to work with, explained everything in good detail and was a fun "closer" to work with. All in all can't tell ya what a great experience I had "heading down East" to O'Daniel; from my initial contact with Bob to closing with Kurt probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. After being treated rudely by the first dealership I contacted in Omaha, I started looking at used cars through O'Daniel Honda's web site. Lauren Brey was the person who contacted me. She was the friendliest salesperson I have ever worked with. She took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for in a used auto, including my price range, how often I would be driving the vehicle, if I hauled a lot of passengers or drove alone, if there were any special features I was looking for, etc...After only test driving two vehicles, I found the perfect vehicle for me. She had a long list of vehicles that fit exactly the criteria of the vehicle I was looking for. But like I said, I found a great auto after only driving two This dealership went above and beyond all other dealers I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. I was also impressed with the number of female sales people. I will recommend Lauren to all of my friends and family. And I will be a repeat customer, that is for sure. More
Ty Kelly had us at hello! We stopped in late on a Saturday to test drive an Accord for my husband, and felt comfortable immediately. Ty was well informed on all of the features of the Accord, and did a nice job selling us on the benefits of the Accord vs. the Camry. He has a great personality and is well suited for car sales. No pressure selling - just gives you the facts on why Honda is the best brand. It was like buying a car from a friend. We trusted him and knew he would get us the deal we were looking for. When we purchased the car, he spent a great deal of time helping my husband set up all of the features and has since followed up with us after a month to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from O'Daniel and had just as great of an experience this go round. They have the small business feel I love in a dealership instead of the "one-of-many" mentality of larger dealers. We won't shop anywhere else for a car. Thanks to Ty and O'Daniel for everything! I wanted a small SUV and did research online. I thought I would test drive a Honda, Toyota, Kia and a Subaru. I drove into O'Daniels and Jeff greeted me at the door. Earlier, I had butterflies in my stomach to make such a big decision as I did this all by myself, no man to help "deal" for the right price. Going through the whole ordeal, I felt very good about my purchase. Jeff is a friendly salesperson and I enjoyed him very much. He explained everything very well. So I left that evening with a new car. I never did a test drive with those other cars I had in mind. I'm so positive that I made the right decision. My CR V Ex-L drives so nice. Greg Westwood was great. He was so kind and even with our low credit got us into a vehicle. We went for a 1999 honda. Unfortunately our credit was not quite emit for the vehicle bit he worked very hard to fi low credit got us into a vehicle. We went for a 1999 honda. We r very happy and will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. And will recommend Greg Westwood. I won't talk to anybody else but him when I go in. More
The staff was absolutely great. Vincent was so helpful before my family and I even stepped on the lot. He was adequately prepared to discuss the condition of the vehicle and was quick in delivering me a C before my family and I even stepped on the lot. He gave my wife and I the time we needed to discuss our future purchase and the negotiation was stress free and fair. He really made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Saw this Honda Civic SI and fell in love because of the Fugi Blue Paint. It had a pair of summer tires on the front and michielins on the rear with pleanty of tread on all four. However, when I went to pickup the car they had changed the tires on the front to a cheap brand Nitto tires that were cracked and sun damaged causing me to purchase four new Kumo tires. I shouldn't have had to do this from a dealership. Beware of O'Daniel Honda and Greg Sweetwood. The service department is staffed with youngsters freash out of Metro Tech or still going. More

Two days after I took home my new Honda Pilot I had questions about it's technological features. She spent more than an hour with me, answering my questions and helping me program my new SUV. This is probably the only time (I Wayne) have been able to have my wife enjoying the process of buying a vehicle. She would probably have walked out of the delership if the process had gone using a haglin to have my wife enjoying the process of buying a vehicle. We found the used vehicle which I wanted in a truck and she very much likes the gagits in the cab. Bob was very helpful by getting into the ridgeline. We are exceedingly happy with the vehicle.
