We had narrowed down our car search online to one car at O'Daniel Honda. When I called I spoke with Bob Freemyer, he told me about the car and said he would be happy to show me the car. When I got there, Bob was friendly, personable and not pushy. All things I like in a car salesman. The car was wonderful and we purchased it. We then finalized payment with Kurt Hill who was funny, precise and efficient! Overall our experience at O'Daniel Honda was excellent! More

Cons: 1) O'Daniel Honda's financial service was subpar, sold me an extended warranty without going over it. Later reading the contract, it's not offered by Honda but by a Canadian Company. Coverage for this warranty is awful, there are a lot of things to the car that you have to do in order to keep the coverage running, otherwise the coverage is void. On the other hand, cancellation of the extended warranty was painless. 2) Had to go back and forth to the DMV and O'Daniel Honda more than 5 times to get my car registered. The DMV would not take the Tax Form 6 due to the cancellation of the warranty and had to come back to the dealer to issue a new Tax Form 6. 3) O'Daniel Honda Dealer takes a minimum of two weeks to get the paperwork process so I could register my car. Since I had to travel, I had to do the paperwork myself. 4) The O'Daniel Honda Dealer gave me another person's registration title w/o the $17.00 check (which the dealer charged me at the time of signing) for the in a sealed envelope, at the DMV they realized it was not my title. I had to come back to the dealer once more and get my actual registrtion and title, this time they did gave me the $17.00 check for the title processing. 5) Before the purchase, emails between the O'Daniel Honda's seller and myself were constant and replies were done within 2 hours. After the purchase, I emailed the seller twice about the quesiton I had about the car and after two weeks I have yet to receive a response. (I had already figured out the answer to my question) More

I made a long distance purchase of a vehicle advertised online. All sales and business personnel that I had contact with were courteous and helpful. The primary difficulty in this experience was in getting online. All sales and business personnel that I had contact with were courteous and helpful. The primary difficulty in this experience was in getting a prompt response from my contacts - people never answer their pages and are very slow to return a call or email. The exception to this was Quentin Van xxxx who was very responsive. Overall this lack of responsiveness dragged out the purchase process and made the experience more stressful that it had to be. I would like to think this is due to inexperience with remote sales - perhaps they don't do too many. Perhaps I'm victim to a case of 'out of sight, out of mind'. The car was shipped and arrived in acceptable condition. The interior was impeccable as advertised. The exterior had more defects than was described by the online sales description and discussion with sales personnel, but nothing overly serious. The car runs great and overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend this dealer for local sales but online/remote sales needs work. Product representation was reasonably accurate. I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from O'Daniel Honda for our soon to be 16-year old. Kirk Hurley assured me that O'Daniel takes pride in the vehicles it sells and does a complete inspection to ensure they a our soon to be 16-year old. About a month after we bought the car, we gave it to a "brand new teenage driver". A week later the car died. O'Daniel's only response was that we bought the car "as is" and they were not liable. We took the car into Woodhouse Nissan, a reputable dealer to say the least. They did a 26-point inspection and found a myriad of issues that could have been catastrophic had the "teen driver" been behind the wheel, especially during a harsh Nebraska winter. Good job O'Daniel Honda, you have soiled your reputation and I now consider Kirk the quintessential "used car salesman", or liar if you will. We paid the near $600 to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive, so I hope the few hundred dollars worth of parts were worth tarnishing your reputation. I am not going to complain the BBB or any other officiating agency. Instead I am going to expend a tremendous amount of time and resources to ensure everyone knows just what kind of dishonest dealership O'Daniel Honda really is. So not as to end this on a negative note, I can at least find the positive side of this situation, which is that your lies have taught our daughter a valuable life lesson... beware of used car salesmen! My mother and I called O'Daniel and were directed to Lauren over the phone. From the very first conversation, she did everything she could to help us out and get my mother the car she wanted. We called originally to just see what kind of a trade we could get for her Pilot. We weren't dissatisfied with the amount they gave us for the trade however I (30) do think it could have been better. My mother (59) was happy though. We worked with Lauren through the whole process and she was very kind and considerate of my mothers needs and wants. We would definitely recommend O'Daniel Honda and Lauren to anyone out there looking for a vehicle. More

Lauren Brey of O'daniel honda was extremely helpful in assisting my foreign exchange friend from Japan and I in finding the best vehicle possible. As a first experience with a car dealership, I think it couldn't have gone better. We found the perfect vehicle out of sheer luck, but Lauren was right on top of it and able to get us set up immediately despite the difficulties that come with helping foreign exchange students. I think that this dealership is most definitely one of the greatest in the Omaha area, and I can't thank everyone there enough for all their help. More

She has extremely thorough knowledge of this vehicle and how everything works. We took a test drive and I really liked the car. She was very friendly and just pleasant and easy going. We had already agreed on a price, but she helped me with all of paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, I met with the Quenten in finance to finalize the deal. He was very friendly as well and although I think the entire purchase took about two hours, it seemed like 30 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your Honda purchase. They are not pushy, just friendly people, overall they made my car purchase a very friendly experience. Can't thank everyone enough! More
