Better than expected I really wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Anthony Chimwala was my sales person and though somewhat new to the business, did everything he could to m I really wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Anthony Chimwala was my sales person and though somewhat new to the business, did everything he could to make my purchase easy. Mr. Burke was the finance manager and he made the numbers work for me. I live in Atlanta and I received a number of courteous phone calls from each of them. Dave Heins was the sales manager and I did not like him at first. He was extremely rough around the edges and I feel like he was trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favor. I almost walked out on the deal and just drive back to Atlanta. Had Anthony not apologized for David Heins and asked me to stay, I would have walked out on the deal. In Mr. Heins's defense, It was brought to my attention by Mr. Burke that Mr. Heins was responsible for getting my tires and wheels switched from my old navigator to my new navigator at no cost to me. All in all, a good experience, worth the 225 mile ride and I would recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone looking for a new or newused car. Harold Calabrese More

AWESOME Experience!!! My wife, kids and I went in on Saturday to look at a 2010 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. I had an appointment with Tony at 11:30 and we were met with a sm My wife, kids and I went in on Saturday to look at a 2010 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. I had an appointment with Tony at 11:30 and we were met with a smile and pleasantness punctually. We walked the car and then he let me and the family test drive. The car was for my wife and she Loved it! When we got back, there was zero pressure from Tony and we ended up meeting Kim as well. Mr. Welch was in house that day and he was also very nice. Tony was great to work with and when it was time to talk numbers, Chris was an absolute professional. We explained our situation and he worked with us unbelievably well. He along with everyone else was so accommodating and pleasurable. Everyone hates buying a car, it is a process. But they made it very smooth and nice. We WILL go back to these guys. Before visiting OC Welch, I had looked at my local Ford dealership and wasn't impressed with their customer service. I knew exactly what vehicle and package I was wanting after researching online. My mom and sister stopped by OC Welch, just to see what they had on their lot and they were immediately greeted by Larry, with a friendly smile! The exact car I had been looking for was on their lot and Larry immediately contacted me to handle all of the details. Within a few minutes, I was financed and Larry was in route to bring me the car, over an hour away. The team at OC Welch were very professional and honest in helping me make the right decision. But when I was in the finance office the payment was set up for 699.59 a month for 84 months. That was dissatisfying. More
