customer service was very good. Answered all my questions. Cindy Vaigneur had many clients waiting to be helped. She was very polite & calm to all. we were taken care of in a short time. Great experience again Helped my daughter buy a new ford focus titanium. This was going to replace her car that was totaled a couple weeks ago. We had picked a ford fiesta Helped my daughter buy a new ford focus titanium. This was going to replace her car that was totaled a couple weeks ago. We had picked a ford fiesta to start with, and Dave Heins worked hard to find one that was good. However I changed my mind over the weekend and wanted a Focus with Nav system. Had looked on line and printed off the window sticker of the vehicle I thought had that . Dave was out for a few days, so I dealt with Mr. Welch. He was understanding about the change from the fiesta to the focus. Almost all the paperwork was done before I realized the one I had picked on line did not have the nav system. Donnie Brown, got the correct car and Mr. Welch figured out the deal, which was good. Final issue that I caused was not telling anyone that I wanted the title in my daughters name, but I was paying for the car. That caused another issue, but they did not complain. Mr. Welch and Donnie got the paperwork corrected, insurance contacted, car prepped as it still had plastic all over it and turned over to us that day. Dealership went over and beyond to make every one happy. More
