O'Brien Mitsubishi of Normal

I bought an outlander sport and had an issue due to a recall, so I went to Obrien to check my options. 1st I talked to Bill from service and found out the car was in pretty bad shape (2011) but Bill was recall, so I went to Obrien to check my options. 1st I talked to Bill from service and found out the car was in pretty bad shape (2011) but Bill was super cool and helped me find an alternative and introduced me to jay the sales manager, super friendly guy, he introduced me to Cade from sales, this kid needs a raise and a day off! He made me feel like his new best friend and not a random customer. Despite having to multitask a bit he was never gone for more than a minute without moving along my process. He has a very soft touch with 0 pressure and managed to find me an incredible deal on a new/replacement for my sport (almost brand new with awesome warranty!) When it was time to do the final paperwork he turned me over to Billy from finance. Now let me tell you I've bought some cars before but this guy not only showed me ways to handle my finances better but explained WHY it was better. 5 stars is not enough! I can't rate these guys from 1-10 because I'd keep going till the numbers ran out, big thanks to everyone from your new lifetime customer. More
