Good Customer Care We had both an air conditioner issue (under warranty) and regular maintenance done on the same day. I was promised the car by around noon since we ha We had both an air conditioner issue (under warranty) and regular maintenance done on the same day. I was promised the car by around noon since we had guests coming to our house in the afternoon. After hearing nothing from the dealership by 2:00 PM I called and they said, "Come on in. The paperwork will be done by the time you get here." When I arrived there were two customers' paperwork ahead of mine still uncompleted. The service agent I had worked with was unexpectedly call away due to a family emergency. I imagined being stuck at the dealership another 15-20 minutes with guests back at our house. Julie took charge and told me to take the car and go, and they would mail me the paperwork. Then, she said that for my inconvenience they would forgive the bill for the maintenance items. I said that wasn't necessary--I just need to get back home. She repeated that she would cancel those charges and mail the paperwork to me. That was way beyond what I expected. Shortly after I got home, a man from the dealership came to our house with the paperwork. I didn't have to wait for it in the mail, and for sure the maintenance charges were canceled. This is customer service you don't often see these days. Thank you, Julie. More
