My name is Gilbert Aleman …Well , my experience was not very good .. I bought a 2021 truck and traded in my 2018 Chevy … I gave 10,000 down .. well I wasn’t satisfied with the new truck because it was a le very good .. I bought a 2021 truck and traded in my 2018 Chevy … I gave 10,000 down .. well I wasn’t satisfied with the new truck because it was a lemon , and the manager was nice enough to let me return and exchange it .. all great -so I thought … only problem was they didn’t have a suitable replacement.. so my only choice was to actually buy my trade in back - my 2018 chevy That I traded in …I was hoping to come out even , but I’m out the 10,000 dollars I originally put down …and stuck with a loan that is 5,000 dollars more that my previous balance and I’m right where I started - with my old truck back !!…. Of course I signed papers apparently approving of all this .. I’m a senior citizen and all kinds of numbers and papers to sign were presented before I realized what I had done ..now I’m out 10,000 dollars and back with my truck … stay away .. More
