Poor service. Went in for an oil change on our Grand Cherokee and told them to check and refill the rear differential that was leaking and I would be back in January to get the axle seal changed. Picked it up later and asked how much gear oil it took. They now said they just inspect but don’t add oil. I’m not happy. I don’t like being lied to. I will not be returning to these people again. They have lost my trust. The multipoint inspection sheet has the little green circle at the differential that means Checked and OK. It makes sense that if it was leaking oil it would require some replacement oil. It makes me wonder. If I had not seen this on my inspection, would they have brought it to my attention? I don’t know. You’ll have to ask Nick and Joey in the service department. Looks like I’ll be driving a little farther for my service and sales down the road. More
