Do NOT ever bring your vehicle here for repairs. I dropped my Jeep off over Memorial Day 2025 weekend for a few easy recall repairs. When I picked it up a few days later, it had been broken into. Damage to the vehicle locking console as well as valuable items stolen. After some research and discussion with the service team members, break-ins at this location are a common occurrence. They are aware it happens every weekend yet continue to do nothing about it. And when I tried to go through the proper channels to get reimbursed, they basically told me they aren't responsible and it'd be on my to pay for the repairs and stolen items. Brent Rayfield, the General Manager, and Luis Villafane, the Service Shop Manager, are completely inept. They avoid calls and emails, and even tried to tell me I was lying when I said I was going to file police reports and reach out to local news outlets (two stations have informed me they are picking up the story, too, since it's a recurring issue). Never take your vehicle here for repairs. It won't be safe. I got my Jeep back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable. More
Maria was absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcomed. She was easy to talk to and was super helpful when I got oil change. I also wanted to give credit to Chaime (not sure on spelling) bc about a month or so ago I ran over white paint in the road. Imagine how panicked I was having a black jeep! I went in very upset and he took the time to help me power wash it. Some of the guys in the back also took their time in making sure it all came off and this is after it had dried. Chaime also stayed after all his coworkers were leaving just to make sure I was taken care of. I was there for over 2 hours and they took the time to help me. I can’t thank them enough. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if he hadn’t helped me out. I am super impressed with the customer service at this location. You all are obviously striving to make customers feel welcomed and leave happy. Thank you so much!!! Also the massage chairs are awesome! More

**Buyer Beware** Extremely disappointed with my experience at Nyle Maxwell. I found a vehicle listed as new on their website that matched exactly what I was looking for. I even confirmed over the p experience at Nyle Maxwell. I found a vehicle listed as new on their website that matched exactly what I was looking for. I even confirmed over the phone that it was a brand-new, never-owned vehicle and eligible for all the benefits of a new Jeep. However, when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase, I was told — only then — that it was actually a demo unit. Despite my concerns, I was reassured that it still qualified for all new vehicle programs, so I moved forward with the purchase based on that assurance. Fast forward to my first oil change, and I find out the vehicle is not eligible for the complimentary two years of Jeep Wave. When I contacted the dealership, they offered no meaningful solution — just a vague offer of loyalty points if I downloaded their app. The whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with any of the Nyle Maxwell dealerships. Trust and transparency matter, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. More
