100% the worst service department I've ever seen in my life. I keep going back there thinking that they may have changed their ways but Im never going back there again. Massive overcharges, they charged me almost 1000 dollars to replace a plastic housing around my left fog light. Another time I went in for a diagnostic because one of my sensors were out. They quoted me almost 5000 dollars! When I said no, they still charged me 210 dollars just to look at the car. I already knew the sensor was out, yet I had to pay a massive few just for them to tell me what I already knew. Unless you like to get violated repeatedly, do NOT go to the service department, More

My 2025 RAM RHO was having transmission issues so I took it in for service.The Service Tech was incredibly dismissive, proceeded to explain to me how a "performance" transmission operates, it was baffling a it in for service.The Service Tech was incredibly dismissive, proceeded to explain to me how a "performance" transmission operates, it was baffling as I immediately realized these folks didn't have a clue and likely didn't actually diagnose my vehicle. After some back and forth they acknowledged that since the RHO wasn't throwing a CEL, they had nothing to go on - plus it's the first RHO at their dealership. They said they could open a STAR (?) case but they would need more time with the vehicle. Again, it's baffling to me that they had possession of my vehicle to diagnose the issue, but were ready to hand the keys back to me instead of just proactively opening a case. More
