Just a very poorly run dealership. my new truck had missing parts and sales person gas lit me that I wasn't supposed to get them even though the window sticker included it. He is an outstanding person and one of the finest representatives for any dealership that I’ve ever been acquainted with. They communicate effectively and are responsible, standing behind the brand, products, and work they do. If something is not to your satisfaction, they make things right. I‘d give zero stars if I could. If you have a jeep, find someone else to help you. We’ve used Nyle Maxwell Jeep for years with little complaint. I‘m not sure what has changed, If you have a jeep, find someone else to help you. We’ve used Nyle Maxwell Jeep for years with little complaint. I‘m not sure what has changed, but they are now clearly in the business of upselling you and the general service has declined. Over 18 months our jeep was seen 3 times for battery and alternator related issues. Nyle Maxwell’s inability to fully diagnosis the issue and/or secure parts cost us 2 tows, more than a month without our car, not too mention some overinflated bills. Super disappointing - go somewhere…anywhere else. More
