I had a baffling experience with salesperson "Shak Muhammad". I simply asked for the dealership's location, and the salesperson flat-out refused to tell me. I had to ask repeatedly and pull teeth just Muhammad". I simply asked for the dealership's location, and the salesperson flat-out refused to tell me. I had to ask repeatedly and pull teeth just to get a basic address. This is immediate suspicious behavior—if you are a legitimate business, why hide your location? It destroys trust before the conversation even begins. Zero transparency. Note to the Owner/Manager: I am a professional sales trainer. Hiding your location is a textbook failure in building customer rapport and signals "scam" to educated buyers. Your team needs immediate retraining on basic transparency.
