Because of a potentially dangerous problem that happened to our van while we were in it, it had to get in to the Automotive dealership right away!! After explaining to Chris (one of the mgrs. of that dept to our van while we were in it, it had to get in to the Automotive dealership right away!! After explaining to Chris (one of the mgrs. of that dept.), he had us bring in our vehicle asap, the next business day. He and his team worked on it that day, getting it fixed, at no charge to us. They provided their vehicle and driver to drive my husband home. On the Monday when it was ready, our daughter got her Dad to the dealership, and he drove it home, everything safe and working, no problem!! Thank YOU, LORD, and Bless Nyle Maxwell Dealership, the automotive Dept. and all the employees! It was a great relief, and a good feeling that there are still honest people and businesses that honor their word, and take good care of their customers!! More

The staff here is amazing. They were always patient and kind, and worked really hard to get us into the truck we wanted at the PRICE we wanted. They even stayed after hours for us to be able to come pick our new truck up. Not one time did they act as if it was an inconvenience to stay late for us. The location is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and they will bust their behinds to get you what you’re looking for. I have never been more impressed by a team at any dealership. I would prefer to make the 2.5 hour drive to purchase from them, than to work with the usual rigmarole I have faced at my local dealerships. These guys are amazing. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. More
