I scheduled my appointment online two days ahead and clearly listed what needed to be looked at. No one called to confirm, no questions, nothing. I show up, and they had no clue I even had an appointment. What a warm welcome. I told them again I needed an oil change and some issues looked into. Appointment was at 2 PM. No one gave me any updates for hours — I had to go ask what was going on, only to find out they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle and had to order it. That’s something they should’ve checked before I got there. Five hours later, they finally finished the oil change — and completely ignored the other things I asked to be looked at after the service rep told me they were looking into some of my issues. Straight lies to my face. No respect, no communication, no urgency, no accountability and no professionalism. I wasted half a day for basic service they weren’t even prepared for. Completely unacceptable! Would never recommend this service department to anyone. DON’T waste your time here unless you think sitting in a waiting room half the day for a xxxx oil change sounds like fun. More

The waiting room is comfortable, with snacks and a pretty cool coffee maker. The team keeps you well informed of what's going on. I can't think of an improvement. More

Ben Katzenmeyer did a great job with helping us get into our new RAM. Ben & the staff at Nyle Maxwell Taylor went above & beyond the processes from choice of vehicle to finance. BUYER BEWARE! !!! I looked for a hail-damaged ram for sale, and I had a trade-in. I gave the salesman the correct payoff amount on the trade-in, and he factored it !!! I looked for a hail-damaged ram for sale, and I had a trade-in. I gave the salesman the correct payoff amount on the trade-in, and he factored it into the deal, and we agreed on the price. After the deal closed, they informed me that their system was down and they could not do financing. Okay, no big deal. I'll explore my options and come back the next day. So I leave a down payment and take the truck. I hop in the truck to find there's no gas in it. The gas light was on. The next day I go into the office with a check in hand for the amount agreed upon. They can't beat the rate given to me by my bank, but I tell them I don't mind paying the extra percent and financing through them. As the finance manager was breaking the numbers down and the monthly payment, I noticed the numbers didn't add up to what was on the paper that they showed me. It's almost 2,000 more. I ask where he is getting the numbers from, and he says that when the original deal was made, they calculated it using the wrong payment amount. This is strange BECAUSE I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT PAYOFF AMOUNT AND IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE OFFER PAPER BY THE SALESMAN! They explain that it's their mistake, and they try to push it off on the system even though they have the correct payoff amount in front of them the whole time. They wanted me to fork up almost an extra 2k for their mistake! I was willing to take a higher interest rate to finance with them, but they refused to honor their numbers. I understand mistakes are made, but own the mistake and make it right. Don't expect a customer to fork up extra money for a million-dollar company's mistake. I told them from the beginning the correct payoff loan and the finance manager had to shuffle through 3 different vehicle offers to support his argument. The final offer we agreed upon said in big black numbers the correct payoff amount. They eventually owned up to their mistake but wouldn't honor the deal I asked them to bring my trade in out and I walked out. When you go into this dealership make sure you are doing the math on your own and you're crystal clear because it's obvious it's very easy for them to make mistakes worth thousands. My salesman was great which was the one saving grace. He was patient and willing to work and I wanted to do business but when a mistake is made by a dealership that rakes in millions of dollars I think it is incredibly disingenuous to ask the customer to pay for that mistake. I shouldn't have to bend over backward and jump through all these hoops to give someone my money. So now my time has been wasted and I encourage anyone who shops here to bring a pen, paper, and calculator and do the math yourself because if I didn't I wouldn't have caught their mistake! More
The most dishonest experience I've ever had at a dealership. We went to purchase a discounted vehicle with hail damage. We had a final price in writing. The price provided at the dealer was $2k more dealership. We went to purchase a discounted vehicle with hail damage. We had a final price in writing. The price provided at the dealer was $2k more. When we asked why we were told the sales price was contingent on getting at least $5k for the trade in. Not only was this caveat never provided, both the salesman and the manager admitted it also wasn't on the dealer website. The manager told us that I used to be there, but wasn't anymore. The final price was the same price as the same vehicle without damage. Why would anyone do that? Go somewhere else. More
Couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Mike Huff. He literally wanted to make sure we were treated fair, and with respect. He got us into a 2020 ford escape hybrid. Dream come true!
