After A 5 Hour Drive, Was Pleasantly Surprised! Totally worth checking these guys out! They had the car that I had wanted and in excellent shape. Drove a little over 5 hours from Rochester NY to not be disappointed and have the process go exactly how they said it would go over the phone days earlier. They did not add any additional fees at closing of the deal and was out of the door with transit tags in about one hour and thirty minutes. They were extremely laid back and friendly. Did not do deals with several dealers in my area because of that. Now I am enjoying a Ford C-Max Energi thousands below blue book value! More

Surprised ... and Inspired It's been a month since I bought my car. I let time go by so I could really solidify all that I felt in the experience. While online interaction was m It's been a month since I bought my car. I let time go by so I could really solidify all that I felt in the experience. While online interaction was minimal, the personal experience was opposite. I went in wanting a specific vehicle (very few in the area) and was stunned at how clean it was when we first experienced it. From there we went inside and worked with Tom and Joe to agree on pricing, etc. and the whole experience was great. The buying process is long and arduous but all went well as could be expected. It was then, in the support process, however, when Nye stepped up their game. Joe has excellent industry knowledge and all went out of his way to address vehicle concerns I had shortly after delivery. Multiple times in and every time they addressed things in a way that was beyond my expectations. A month later I am as happy and elated over the vehicle as I was on day one. Thanks guys.
