He found ways to fill the time in the typical waiting times when purchasing a car the same day you see it. He did not rush, he LISTENED to our needs. He was always optimistic about what we wanted for our trade and rates. He got the full story and only had to visit the floor manager once to square away our deal. - The managers desk was out in the open, one the the most peculiar things at dealers is when the managers are behind a glass wall or up on a platform over looking the sales floor. We could hear the whole negoation going down and it was respectful and transparent - Work with your budget within reason - Willing to negotiate - Many options - Fair Trade-In Value - On an open sales floor you hear thing and one thing I like to hear was sales people being honest with their customers based on their credit and income what wise decisions were even hard thing like the right time for them to buy or what they needed to do to get the best rates such as consigning and researching other options if Kia did not work for them, HONESTY! The bad: - We didn't make an appointment so it took some time for them to get to us (14 minutes) - It took quite sometime for the contract to be written up but we did do it all the same day - Very small showroom, if it had been raining we probably would not have bought a car because it was not on the sales floor - Cheap furniture, granted this shouldn't matter but it was noticeable.
