Less less than a month after engine light comes on After making three phone calls and speaking with both the service advisor and the supervisor, they refuse to take responsibility claiming that the work they had performed had nothing to do with it and that the issues were not related (how would she know this, if they hadn’t taken a look at it) refusing to see the car until next available appointment ........in December. That’s literally two months after the fact. This place is terrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not bring your car here. Do not give them your business , you deserve better More

I recently had arm surgery, and during our interaction, she forcibly took my personal belongings from my hand. Additionally, her staff treated me very rudely. Anne threatened that if I did not sign the paperwork, I would not be allowed to leave or retrieve my car. Given her rude behavior and after reading several reviews, it is evident that my experience is not unique. Therefore, I do not wish to engage further with her. More
My recent visit to Nutley Kia, located in Nutley, New Jersey, unfortunately, did not meet the standards of professionalism and customer service I had expected from a reputable dealership. On April 26, Jersey, unfortunately, did not meet the standards of professionalism and customer service I had expected from a reputable dealership. On April 26, I brought my vehicle in due to a problem I was experiencing. After an initial assessment, it was determined that my tie rods needed repair. I proceeded with the recommended service, trusting that it would resolve the issue. However, upon returning, I was informed by the owner, Anne Russomano, that despite the repair, the problem persisted. Understandably concerned, I expressed my intention to explore other options, as the additional proposed diagnostics amounted to a significant cost increase from the initial quote of $409 to a staggering $1800. What followed was a deeply distressing encounter. Despite my clear intention to retrieve my vehicle and explore alternative solutions, I was met with hostility and aggression. As someone who recently underwent surgery, my physical condition was compounded by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Anne Russomano and her staff. I was subjected to undue pressure to sign documents asserting my refusal of services, despite my willingness to pay for the work already completed. The situation escalated when I was effectively held against my will, with Anne Russomano resorting to physical aggression and intimidation tactics, including confiscating my wallet and blocking my exit. The involvement of law enforcement only added to the distress of the situation, as I found myself outnumbered and fearing for my safety in an environment that should have been conducive to resolving the matter amicably. In summary, my experience at Nutley Kia was nothing short of harrowing. The lack of professionalism, disregard for customer welfare, and resort to aggressive tactics by the owner and staff tarnished what should have been a routine service appointment. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my ordeal, others may be spared from similar treatment and that Nutley Kia takes the necessary steps to address these serious concerns. More
I'm only giving a 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Do NOT PATRONIZE NUTLEY KIA. Do NOT give the owners, Jim and Ann Russomano, ANY of your money. They are rude, curt, unsympathetic, and extremely unprofessional. They could not figure out why a BRAND NEW CAR purchased from THEM, (only 9 -months old, with 5000 miles)....continues to die and conk out, repeatedly every week. The service manager, Randall Ellis,, is incompetent and also rude and unprofessional. He actually told me he is "embarrassed" that he could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Ann, the owner, said to me very rudely in a text message and email, to pick up my car or they will charge me for the loaner and for storing my car. I told her she was so disrespectful after waiting patiently for 5 weeks for them to fix my car and never called to complain...even though it was over the holidays. After all of those weeks, they admitted they did not have a resolution. A few weeks later, the same issue came up. I called to explain the tow truck is bringing the car back. Jim, the other owner and Ann's husband, called me to told me, very rudely, not bring the car back, again with no resolution. He was so nasty to me, my husband had to interject about the tone he used with me. He said he has the right as a private business to not service my car, even though it was purchased from them. Overall, they failed over and over as a business. They did not show any empathy for me as a customer, they did not recommend another dealer / service center that had more experience, they did not offer any suggestions for a resolution, they did not offer to change the battery that kept dying, and they did not test drive the car to try to duplicate the issue. I filed complaints with Kia Corporate, BBB, and NJMVC. Additionally, as you can see from other negative reviews, they are combative with customers who do not accept their mediocre service and will in fact BLAME THE CUSTOMER for their short comings. Ann and Jim are bullies. As such, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT patronize NUTLEY KIA. They do not deserve your time or your money. More

Daughter picked her car up Saturday n 45 minutes later it started shaking and battery light, check engine, oil light and steering got hard another light came on. Towed it from New Brunswick Saturday night to started shaking and battery light, check engine, oil light and steering got hard another light came on. Towed it from New Brunswick Saturday night to my house for $90 and towed again 6/19 for $40 when they opened. Randall said they couldn't pay for towing. Today is Tuesday and they told my daughter it may be the battery which I know she has a 2 month old battery. Colleen was out Monday so no one touched my car because for some reason they have to wait for Colleen. My car originally was being serviced for air conditioner and washer fluid leaking. They found a cracked radiator so all of this was supposed to be fixed. Whatever happened when they made those repairs is the reason why my daughter still doesn't have her car. Every time she had to call n check on her car because of lack of communication to give an update on repairs. No one offered her a loaner car for this new problem that she has now or a refund for 2 tows. Colleen has been more understanding of the situation but Debbie and Randall could care less that she has to get to work! I will update on what happens after it's fixed right. Car was riding smoothly b4 they worked on it. Wasn't even overheating when she had a vrack in the radiator that we weren't aware off. Thank God the extended warranty tool care of the 1st work order. I purchased a new stinger 2022 and a couple month later got into an accident with the front left wheel hitting a curb. I brought the car back for repairs and had to pay out of pocket. The sales rep that got into an accident with the front left wheel hitting a curb. I brought the car back for repairs and had to pay out of pocket. The sales rep that I purchased the car from was great. 10/10 service from Andre. But the service department has given me the run around. After the diagnosis that was done . The parts were orders and I paid that amount they asked for parts+labor. I then drive the car again and notice a vibrating feeling throughout the car. I can feel shaking from the floor of the car to my steering wheel. Nobody properly test drove the car . Because when I brought it back, they tried telling me that nothing is wrong with the car … I was furious. I drove the car for 3k miles already . I know what it’s supposed to drive like. They then test drive the car and confirm that NEW PARTS need to be orders and add 900$ cost to the total repairs. Bad diagnosis Bad service More
