The problem I had was dismissed and said that it was fine. I am still having the same problem. Much longer wait time than I was originally told. When car was done I was given the keys and told that my c fine. I am still having the same problem. Much longer wait time than I was originally told. When car was done I was given the keys and told that my car was parked out front. Looked several times over the entire lot and had to go back into the garage to ask for help. My car was still parked in the garage. It was 30° outside. Again, my car is still having the same problem I brought it in for so now I have to go to a different VW dealership because I do t trust the garage at Nucar VW in Tilton. More

Washing my car for me is the icing on the cake, because the other thing I had to do was wash my car, but thanks to this dealership, I didn't have to drive somewhere else to get it done, and I appreciate that so much! Made an appointment for 930 and dropped my car off. Told them I needed the car for pick up at 2:30 to pick up my kids from school. Was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and to look a Told them I needed the car for pick up at 2:30 to pick up my kids from school. Was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and to look at backup sensors that had been pushed in. Called at 1:30 to check in to see if the sensors had been fixed as I hadn't heard anything. Received a call back at 1:45 that the car was still in the shop. Told them again I needed to pick it up by 2:30 and they told me it would be done. Got there at 2:25 and was told it was still in the shop getting an oil change and they didn't have time to look at the sensors. I had an appointment and left it there for over five hours yet what I brought it in for was not completed. I then had to go back to the desk three different times as my car was still was not out. I did not leave until 245 and was late to pick my kids up from school. More
