Kassidy Maurice was the rep who helped us with the car. Loved her smile and efficiency i dealing and explaining everything. My daughter felt as she can go and take care of her car now as she knows someone Loved her smile and efficiency i dealing and explaining everything. Had my Tiquan serviced for its 50,000 mile check up. Danielle in service was especially helpful, as was Laura. Am disappointed my water pump had to be replaced. PSA for anyone who has had work done at Nucar VW service center in the last two months or is planning in the future. Four days after standard service the brakes in my VW Golf failed (completely) - luckily I center in the last two months or is planning in the future. Four days after standard service the brakes in my VW Golf failed (completely) - luckily I was driving on an empty road at the time and didn't hit anyone. After getting my car towed to another service shop we found a wrench that had been left in after changing the brake fluid. I took the vehicle back to let the service department know. As you can expect at the time I was told this "never should have happened" and the shop would do everything they could to "make this right" including refund on the service. Two months later nothing but a run around and empty promises. Please do yourself a favor if you recently had work done here - have someone independent check it out; they clearly have low standards / no shame in leaving a car in a state that could have killed my entire family. More

Terrible experience on all fronts. Brought in my car for a very simple job, advisor barely communicated with me through the whole process. A couple hour job turned into them having my Brought in my car for a very simple job, advisor barely communicated with me through the whole process. A couple hour job turned into them having my vehicle for an entire week. The cherry on top is they don’t provide ANY form of alternative transportation or even offer to help find some. Inquired about a loaner vehicle three times, advisor did not answer any time. Upon receiving my car, the technician left used rags in the cupholders. Just a horribly run dealership. Will NOT be returning. More
