Dear Don, I apologize for your experience in trying to return your wife's lease. With the president's day holiday happening at the time of your call both people and resources were spread extremely thin. Gallery Automotive Group goes to great lengths to ensure that all customers that visit our showroom are treated with a level of attention second to none. With that being said, I apologize that you didn't recieve a return phonecall in the timeframe you would have liked. VW requires a specific electronic process to be completed for all lease returns, and for consistancy and accountability, this store mandates one person handle all lease returns. Again, I apologize that we could not accomodate you the same day you wished to turn in your lease, but am pleased you were able to have it taken care considering it was infact a holiday. I hope you will consider VW Gallery in the future.
