Didn't do the work I arrived and was told that they couldn't perform the work because my gas tank was full. I was told that I have been sent a letter. In 3 emails, a letter and a text, it didn't say anywhere that I needed to come with a mostly empty tank. I wasted an hour waiting for the service department to come back to confirm that they could not perform the job. They did check to see if my radio had a code and also vacuumed my car but I would have preferred to have gone on my way without those tasks completed. More

Part Replacement This was the second time I brought my car in for the same thermostat issue. VW Gallery quickly and efficiently scheduled the ordering of the part and This was the second time I brought my car in for the same thermostat issue. VW Gallery quickly and efficiently scheduled the ordering of the part and lined me up with a loaner which was much appreciated. While they had to order another part as well, it only delayed the completion of the work by 1 day. Since I had a nice loaner car to use, it wasn't a big deal. I hope this is the last time I have this issue. More

Excellent Service I brought the car in for a recall and they were still so wonderful. I got the car wash and vacuum and it was only a recall.
