Not buying a pig in a poke. Brought the car there to get a sticker and a ECU upgrade and inquired about 60k service. No one was able to tell me what a 60000 mile Service comprises. What I learned is that the oil change is extra and change of brake fluid was recommended (also extra). Pretty much everything extra that should be included in a 60k service. So I still don't know what they would charge more that $500 for. Also recommended new tires which still have 15000 miles in them. All together exceeding $1000. To top it off, it turns out the dealership had just been acquired by someone else and the "sticker machine" wasn't printing stickers because the new owner was not registered at the time. Brought the car to Don and Wally's - highly recommended by my colleagues - and I agree. More

Great Service Easy to reserve time on the site. You'll be taken care of as soon as you arrive. I choose to wait while car been served. Waiting time was short than I Easy to reserve time on the site. Reasonable price. when it's done I was explained the result and concern/suggestion from the technician. Well, process is similar as with other VW dealers but feel it is more smooth and natural here. One interesting highlight is that they also send me a short video for the inspection/service of my car. After service my best average consumption climbed from 30 to 35 MPG. More

Didn't do the work I arrived and was told that they couldn't perform the work because my gas tank was full. I was told that I have been sent a letter. In 3 emails, a letter and a text, it didn't say anywhere that I needed to come with a mostly empty tank. I wasted an hour waiting for the service department to come back to confirm that they could not perform the job. They did check to see if my radio had a code and also vacuumed my car but I would have preferred to have gone on my way without those tasks completed. More

VW Gallery quickly and efficiently scheduled the ordering of the part and This was the second time I brought my car in for the same thermostat issue. VW Gallery quickly and efficiently scheduled the ordering of the part and lined me up with a loaner which was much appreciated. While they had to order another part as well, it only delayed the completion of the work by 1 day. Since I had a nice loaner car to use, it wasn't a big deal. I hope this is the last time I have this issue. More

I didn't have a appointment, there were cars ahead of me but she checked on each of us with updates via text and in person. You can always tell when a person is genuine and Samantha is the real deal.
