My husband and I have bought both of our Toyotas from Boch because of their great customer service and friendliness. When I brought my Camry in today for an oil change, the Service Associate, Greg, gree Boch because of their great customer service and friendliness. When I brought my Camry in today for an oil change, the Service Associate, Greg, greeted me with a smile and cheery conversation about the weather (it was very hot today and he was in a hot garage--I was quite surprised by his cheerfulness). He got me all checked in and directed me to the waiting area which was very large, comfortable, and clean as well as provided a movie to watch. I was feeding my daughter when Greg came to tell me my car was ready; he told me to go ahead and take my time and he would hold on to my paperwork and keys at his station. Once I was done, I went to Greg who took me to checkout and then went to drive my car around to the door and turn on the A/C so that the car would be cooled off for my daughter. Greg went above and beyond to service my car and earned a place in my heart for being so conscious of the weather and knowing my car had been sitting for a while. By far the BEST customer service at a car dealer. Ever. More
BOB MADE EVERYTHING WORK EASILY AS HE ASKED PERTINENT QUESTIONS TO DELINEATE THE REASON I WAS REQUESTING A SERVICE. THE CAR WAS RIDING ROUGH AND I WAS NOT CERTAIN IF IT WAS A POOR TIRE OR THE SUSPENSION. QUESTIONS TO DELINEATE THE REASON I WAS REQUESTING A SERVICE. The service advisor was personable and estimated a time for the service and the car was ready a bit earlier than expected. I got “Maintenance required” in my dash board. I did drive to Boch Toyota because I know that the best people to take care of your care are the people that you bought it from. I waited in the service line and in less that a minute I got in and a pass boy used his hand to park my car in the right position. Mr. Corey Henderson approached me while I am still sitting in my Car and said Sir; what kind of service are you here for today? I answered I think it is “Oil Change” and he took the Care pin number and he said you are correct. Politely with a very nice smile he asked for the key and asked me to wait in the rest area and he will call me when the car is done I did watch a nice movie and I got some free popcorn and he called my name after about 35 minutes Mr. Mahmoud your car is ready. I had a problem with my glove box that could have cost me a lot of money but Mike Altieri made sure that the repair was made quickly, properly and covered the cost. Today I went in for a recall visit, and Bob was fantastic! Since I have purchased my new Highlander in August 2009, Bob G. is the Service Advisor that I always seem to, and boy do I luck out! On fantastic! Since I have purchased my new Highlander in August 2009, Bob G. is the Service Advisor that I always seem to, and boy do I luck out! On my previous visit, for a LOF and Tire Rotation, Bob noticed a mark on my Driver's door. He got some type of paste and spent the next 5 minutes buffing the mark out. I was thrilled. Now that is customer service for you. I can only hope that I get Bob for my future service appointments. -Maura M. More
I contacted Boch Toyota after my side passenger mirror was destroyed in an sccident on the highway. They werer able to procure me a replacement mirrir with in a day & also informed me I was due for an oil was destroyed in an sccident on the highway. They werer able to procure me a replacement mirrir with in a day & also informed me I was due for an oil change and warranty service on my Tacoma frame for rust. the entire proces was handled in one visit and I am more than happy with the service from Boch Toyota. recall for brakes-dealer was out of parts for car. Parts will be in June 2010. I need to call them. People were friendly and engaging. On Sunday May 8, 2010 I brought my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in for service. Bob Gandolfo handled my service request with a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism. He answered my questions and made me feel like a valued Boch Toyota customer. He also made sure that my wife and I were comfortable in the waiting area during our 2-hour appointment. Bob pointed out a crack in my windshield and although I already knew about the crack, it showed me that both Bob and Boch Toyota are truly concerned about my safety and vehicle. I highly recommend Boch Toyota! More
